Home Phone (Land Line)
The home phone service is offered both alone and as part of a bundle. They offer unlimited free calls to other club members and free global calls to a limited number of countries including Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Spain, and the United States. For an additional fee, members can add services like Call Minder (voicemail), Call Waiting, Caller ID, 3-Way Calling, and Ring Back. This product can be bundled with Broadband and Internet Phone (VoIP)

Mobile Phone
Telecom Plus provides cell phone service on a selection of mobile phones including Blackberry, iPhone and HTC Hero. Some of their packages include free unlimited text messaging, unlimited calls to other members, and Pay as you Go plans.

Broadband
This service can be bundled with a landline telephone, or chosen from one of three packages: Lite offers speeds of up to 8 megabytes and 2 GB of data transfer; Standard offers 24 megabytes speed and 40 GB of monthly data; and Max offers 24 megabytes speed and unlimited traffic.  They also have two mobile broadband packages, Standard offering 2.6 megs speed and 1 GB of monthly data transfer, and Max provides 4.5 megs and 3 GB of transfer. Both require a contract.

Gas and Electric
The company offers a metered service for gas and electricity. They claim that they can compete with the cheapest standard rates of the Big 6 suppliers, and that their gas prices are lower than British Gas and their electric prices are lower than regional suppliers. They also provide prepaid meters which is similar to prepaid credit cards. Customer prepay for their services and must recharge their meters whenever their credit runs out.

Cashback Card
Telecom Plus offers a prepaid credit card that gives 5% cash back whenever the customer uses it, applying the cash back to the customer’s service bill. Since it is a Mastercard, the card can be used for any purchases, and the 5% is given regardless of whether coupons are used or not.
