Founded in 2005 and launched in 2010, VOiParty was the first telecom company in the world to provide an international Inter-Exchange (IXC) peer-to-peer telecommunications network.  VOiParty earns its revenue as a wholesaler, by connecting calls (landline, cell, and VOIP) among telecom companies including AT&T and Verizon, using the Internet to capture and route those calls, and receiving a fee for the connection -- acting as a “toll both.” Members install a simple VOiParty device, which acts as a router for local telecom traffic, to their home internet and telephone connections, and earn not only free long distance and premium telephone services, but also passive residual income on all paid telecom traffic processed through their installed connection device.

The company intends to provide its members and customers with a variety of services, including ultra high speed wireless Internet, IP-TV (with a real time shopping portal and live support), mobile and home VoIP telephony, and other related Internet features.  VOiParty promises to use pooled resources to leverage its development and deployment of technological advances, vowing to become “a complete internet appliance” for its customers.
