Company: 5LINXBeing Outstanding continues to push us to the limits and everyone that comes in contact with you should know that you are going to push them to be outstanding. If someone around you is not going 100% and giving all the effort they can to be Outstanding, you should not be associating with them at this time. God says to take one step towards me and I will take one toward you. With that being said, here are our other Outstanding Traits.
Step for Step Development
The development of your team is very important and absolutely the most important thing you could ever ask for. What should you do for your new team members? You should lay out the training necessary that will give your new team member some action items that they should be able to accomplish. Remember, don’t overwhelm your new business partners with too much information, you only want to give them the basics in each situation.
- Key benefits of the Products and services
- How to build their prospect list
- How to make calls and get meetings booked
Once your new protegé has accomplished those tasks that you and your organization have set, they are ready to move onto the next training step.
Launch their Business
Help your new team member launch their business. You as the leader MUST do this with them, you cannot leave them alone at this point. Everyday for 30 days they need to have a game plan strategy in order to succeed. Every business in the world has a Grand Opening, so why should you not have one? This generates excitement and the buzz the new business partner needs to build credibility and also allows you to target the best prospects for recruiting or services.
Keep in mind here, you are NOT a Boss or someone in Charge at this point. You are business partners and as a team you need to work together, nobody is in charge of the other. That’s only what happens in corporate America and not in this industry, Leave that type of thinking at the door.
Must Attend All training
It is critical to your new business partners success that you inform them that they should attend ALL and EVERY training that they can get their hands on. It’s a MUST! You should be encouraging your new partners to do all the necessary homework and training session notes and putting what they learned into practice immediately.
Attending major events really lifts the spirits and the belief levels of all the new partners for your business and its your duty to make sure that they are Learning how to be Outstanding and in turn, teach others how to do the same.
KEEP IN MIND.. As you become and strive to be Outstanding you WILL lose some new recruits who fail to get off to a Quick start. So its Critical you HELP them in the first few weeks of business. Here are questions to ask.
- What was the goal?
- What was the result?
- What was done well?
- What was weak or omitted?
Always remember, you are not a BOSS you are there to help your new Team member Remain Outstanding!!!
