Hi James. I agree with you. The company I am with also has taken care of serving customers with out charges to orders. The title perferred customers is excellent as it is the orders of many happy product users that help the backbone of our businesses.

you are sooooo correct. It makes the customer feel as though they are wanted.
If we look at our business, as it grows a majority for the people who buy our products are not business partners, they are "preferred customers" who more than likely would like to be a business partner one day if we look after them correctly and use the tried, tested and proven strategies to upgrade them.
