Help hit 2 Million Meals By July for Kids in Need

Read More: On the last day of the National Convention, Pastor Bill Nissen and Pastor Steve Willis challenged the entire Visalus Community to raise 2 Million meals by July to Families in Need. "We've already raised more than a million meals, but with the needs with the tornado victims recently, we need to hit the next one million meals in a shorter amount of time" said Pastor Nissen.
"Food banks are well intentioned, but many of the foods donated are unhealthy. This effort is to get quality nutrition to families in need." says Pastor Willis. Pastor Steve Willis was featured on ABCs Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution in the past and recently authored a book entitled "Winning the Food Fight" addressing the nutritional crisis in America.
Speaking to over 13,000 people in attendance, they called the Visalus Community and America to meet this challenge to hit 2 MIllion Meals by July 13th. To aid in promoting this challenge, Pastor Willis created this Facebook page focused on this goal. To see this page, click here.
Each donation of $24 gives a child 30 nutritional meals-and Visalus matches this with a total of 60 meals for children.
