When the company focuses on us, MAGIC happens

I am constantly impressed with the added benefits, bonuses, products and tools FreeLife provides for its' distributors.

It was time to write them down.  Get focused.  Appreciate in writing why I chose FreeLife and why I'm staying.

#1 -  The Management.  Raymond Faltinski and Kevin Fournier are co-owners of the company.  They've walked the walk I am walking.  Ray put himself through college on his network marketing earnings.  Trained as a lawyer, his thesis is still to this day being used as a guideline with the Attorney General's office to discern whether an MLM is legit or not.  They are both down to earth, approachable and don't hesitate to thank us for our hard work.  Smart. caring, compassionate and smart business owners.

#2 -  The Timing.  Tim Sales explains it better than I ever could with his Brilliant Compensation DVD.  The baby boomers want what we have.  The products to help them look younger, feel better, live longer.  The boomer's crest is now.

#3 -  Remarkable Products.  Raymond shares his story frequently about his mom's debillitating illness and how natural products kept her on her feet and still here.  It's a passionate story and why Ray is so focused on helping others attain and maintain good health.  Double blind, placebo controlled human studies are almost unheard of in this industry as the cost is prohibitive for most companies.  FreeLife subjects their studies to peer reviews and are one of the few companies who are posted on pubmed.gov.  Gives us, as distributors, the proof to offer more than anecdotal stories.

4. Compensation Plan.  Enhancements to the comp plan on a continuous basis puts more and more money into the distributors pockets.  The 2nd last announcement offered a new $75 bonus, paid daily, when you signed someone up with the Quick Start Pack.  Included in that announcement was Bonus Bucks.  Earn bucks to buy more product.  FREE bonus or reward just for placing an order.  The last announcement was huge !  Become a Star Director (sign up 3 people and keep 3 people on your immediate front line) and you get a guaranteed income of $150 each and every month !   That covers your autoship so your product costs you nothing each month.  Pure and absolute profit for everything you do after that.

5.  System and Training.   Through FreeLife's training I discovered I AM a network marketer on and offline.  It is a part of me.  The exceptional training on offline techniques taught me how to work offline effectively and provided me with professional and personalized lead capture pages which work off and online.  The tools we have to use make everything easy and simple.  And what totally blew me away, was something I had never before seen in any of the previous companies I was involved with: The absolute presence of the ABUNDANCE MENTALITY is tangible.  Whether at convention or via phone, skype or email, people are willing to share and help anyone, anywhere attain success.

6. Distributors come first.   Coming from the field, with experience, Ray and Kevin know the distributors are the life blood of the organization.  They share it and show it constantly and will do everything to help the field create the income they desire.   Consultation is an ongoing process where management meet with and discuss changes and issues that need to be addressed with the Ambassodors and higher levels.   The very first call I got on I listened to Ray apologize for something I didn't even understand at the time.  They had made a change in the comp plan which they thought was going to work better for the distributors.  Apparently it was a mistake and he admitted it, apologized for it and promised to fix it.  And it was done.   Not many owners will apologize when they've made a mistake, especially on an open line with all the distributors on.

7. Business Plan.  I'm not privy to the plan.  I just know that when you hear so much excitement when they talk about the long term plan for FreeLife that something good is coming down the pipe.  And I know nothing is ever released without the whole plan in place.  A new product being launched means the website is updated, tools are produced and in place and we, as distributors can hit the ground running at the minute of the announcement.  That's good planning, good strategy and just another way they prove they are focused on our needs, desires and wishes.

8. Core Values.  Both happily married men.  I met their kids.  Kids that are being taught to appreciate everything.  Be thankful for all things.  Honour and respect others.  Anyone who is teaching and training their children those concepts, carries that through to all aspects of their live.  Without a doubt.

Is there stuff that ticks me off every once in a while?  Stuff I don't agree with?  Sure.  But unless I own the company and make all the decisions, nothing will be exactly perfect.   FreeLife just happens to have all that I feel is important in a company.

I'm open to additions to this list.  Something I've overlooked?  Something that needs to be added?  Feel free to post it here.

To success,

Everyone should feel this way about their company

Hey Joyce,

I see the same things in my company. So much that I have changed my business plan and things are going great now that I'm aligned with the company.

Even though it's a tech company involved with mobile media (which seldom produces as many emotional stories as health products) it's easy to see that the owners and officers of the company are completely dedicated to helping people live better lives.

When you see good things like that in a company, it's easy to get committed and charge hard.

It becomes fun then doesn't it?

Spoke to a lady today who dreads walking over to her computer and working on her plan. Haven't felt that way for a long time now.

Glad you found what is working for you !

How many people do you need to enrol to be financially free?

Hi Joyce,
This sounds like a wonderful company, I was just wondering how many people you would need to have directly sponsored, in order to be financially independent, e.g does 25 people give you 600 or $2,000 a month?

Hi Joyce

Hi Joyce

I am so happy to hear you are FIRED up about FreeLife. I have been with FreeLife for over 5 years now and it hands down has been the best business opportunity that I have ever seen. I have looked at over 100 companies and nothing so far is even in the ball park! Keep up the CHARGE! I made a decision that I would not do resolutions this year, rather create a REVOLUTION!

All the Best
