A "newbie" question for the GDI community

Read More: Several months ago I joined GDI. I am now ready to start marketing and building my team and have been doing some research into this. My question is this--Have any of you in the GDI community heard of or been involved in GDI rotators? If so, what are your reactions/thoughts about this technique?? What other methods have you found successful in marketing GDI both as a business opportunity and just for people who are looking for a website address?

GDI rotators
Hi Susan,
There is nothing wrong with using a GDI rotator as long as you really understand the dynamics involved with GDI's commission structure ... i.e. while you are waiting in turn for the rotator, every month you pay, the person at the top gets a dollar from from you and every body in the system. GDI has an Infinity bonus plan for members who fill the 5x5 matrix - which gives that person a dollar a person "infinite wide and down"
Therefore, while everyone is waiting to fill their matrixes, the person at the top is collecting on all of you, over and over and over. I haven't seen any rotator that tells about this fact ... so venture as you will, but ask the program owner about what they do with Infinity bonus money - if they re-invest back into promoting the rotators, then it may be worth your effort. If the person runs around the question, I would be very weary of the rotator system.

Thanks, Eric. Your information is definitely "food for thought". I think my strategy right now will be to split my time with the rotator and my own advertising. Would you happen to have any other advice for a "newbie"?

Find someone who can mentor and help you learn about network marketing and get the education and skills you need to become successful.
Learn to Promote
GDI has a very unique way to promote itself aspecially to online home biz owners. As everyone NEEDs a domain name, why not build a residual income while they are at it.
Some of my team members have been successful in GDI alone teaching others how to start an online business (which starts with a domain name). My tips: offer people help get their business online, they'll need an online presence. That's one way you build your team.

GDI sole seller of .WS?
One of the things that GDI points out is that they are the sole seller of the .WS extension. Today I was on another domain provider and I noticed that they also sold the .WS extension. Has anyone else noticed this?
