Yes some companies do have
Yes some companies do have step by step training and my upline has it all set out step by step. The webinars are also very helpful. They have different training webinars not just a business presentation.
The 2nd company I am with is also very good and has a top step by step training system in the back office and it has been produced by a Marketing Professor, who teaches at a university. This company also has question and answer time on the webinar and you can also contact them to get your questions answered.
It doesn't matter really what opportunity you are with and how good the company training is, the thing that really makes a difference is having an upline who knows how to coach, that you can talk to.

Hi. I totally agree with Dulcie's last paragraph. It's the person (in your upline) that makes all the difference, not the company. I can only speak from personally experience. So far the person in my direct upline has given me loads of FREE marketing tips! For the record I'm with Lifepath Unlimited and there's a real community of "people helping anyone and everyone" not just your "upline and down line".
