What are you Frustrated with in your MLM Company?

When we first join an MLM we are on a new business high. Everything is amazing and wonderful and then after a couple of "no's" and some people not really working the business you are sliding down a slippery slope.

We have an amazing success system that has shown time and time again that if you follow the path you will be successful. So what is your frustration? What is keeping you from following this path? What are your day to day challenges? Are waiting to do your business until the right words magically appear to show you how to better recruit? Are you frustrated because you are afraid to tell others you have an amazing product?

I know that one of my biggest frustrations was not seeing more internet presence. Everytime I googled my company I would get nothing. All I saw was the corporate page. No insight about the company from other distributors. No price on the product being sold. It was frusterating.

I wanted to learn how to market online and still there was no hope insight. I wanted to learn how to build a business where people came to me instead of me annoying everyone. I wanted top guru's to share their marketing secrets. How did they rise to the top? What method did they use to build their business? How did they market and adverstise? Did anyone one know how to build a blog???? Still I was frustrated.

So I turned to the internet. I went searching for answers to questions I didn't know I had. I looked at sells letters and gimmicks. I read hype that promises leads and no work. I cluttered up my email box with opt-ins. I spent some money trying to find answers. I finally found an answer and still had no one in my company to ask for help. I keep looking and searching but no one does the internet. Let me say, few use the internet... some are getting better.

I have to say that reading Mike Dillard's Magnetic Sponsoring was a mind shift for me. It was like a light buld had been turned on... but the question remained how do I use this system and still maintain the integrity of the company I work with. A year later....

I found that by sharing what I have learned is helping me build my business. Showing others what I have done and what I am learning is helping me build my business.
