Here is the skinny on Cruising For Convention

 

First You need to be a Vitamark Partner

 

1. Earn your Cruise Credits between November 1, 2010 and May 31, 2011. Pay for your cruise by August 1, 2011 and exchange your cruise credits for cash on board the fun ship Ecstasy at special presentation ceremonies.

2. Each partner can earn cruise credits for their personal use, and the use of their spouse (or children staying in the same room). Cruise credits are not transferable and are not redeemable for anything other than this special November 2011 Convention Cruise.

3. In case you are planning to bring your children for the educational experience, there is no Convention registration fee for children. You may use your personally earned cruise credits for children staying in your room.

4. If a Partner wishes a cabin other than the standard inside or outside cabin offered (such as a suite), they must contact Distinctive Travel (jan@cruiseforfun.com) directly to make arrangements.

5. Cruise credits can be earned from November 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011.

6. Cruise cabins sell out quickly. This is strictly first-come, first-served. You must reserve your cabin with Distinctive Travel with a small cash deposit of $50. If you decide not to come on the cruise, or if your plans change, you can get a 100% refund of your deposit if you do this before June 1, 2011. Second deposit is due June 1, 2011 of $200 per cabin. Balance is due August 1, 2011.

7. Vitamark cannot guarantee that a cabin will be available. It is your responsibility to reserve a cabin as quickly as possible. So don’t be left out because when we leave the port of New Orleans, there will be people swimming out to the ship begging to get on. Reserve your cabin now.

8. You are responsible for your own tips.

9. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from New Orleans.
