GRN Review

Global Resorts Network (GRN) was founded in 1989 by a former naval officer called Alfonso Morales living in Phoenix, Arizona. The company provides luxury holiday accommodation at exotic resort locations all over the world for a fraction of the cost of the equivalent of a luxury hotel or timeshare option.  The resort accommodation ranges from individual villas, luxury serviced apartments and hotel suites at over 5,500 locations with the majority being 4* or 5* quality. 

GRN is a private membership club where the members pay a joining fee and then have access to a booking system where they can view the luxury properties around the world.  (Please contact me via the details below for a guest login if you would like to take a tour of the properties).  The rate to book one of the properties varies between $297 and $799 per property per week. There are also special rates for cruises and flights and all of this can be booked via one of the friendly staff at their regional offices, where nothing is too much trouble.

When looking through the resorts registry and doing a comparison of some of the popular travel websites, it is clear that there are massive savings to be made by becoming a member.

It is rare to search up a company on the internet and not find at least one bad review, however it would appear that GRN has an exemplary reputation within the industry for customer service over the last 21 years.

GRN Membership

Global Resorts Network has two types of memberships to offer, a Gold membership and a Platinum membership.  The Gold membership  costs $1,495 and lasts for 3 years.  It allows the member to take three holiday or vacation weeks per year at a maximum price of $799 for a week but more usually between $398 and $600.

The Platinum membership is (in my opinion) a much better investment as it is a lifetime (100 year) membership and allows unlimited vacation weeks per year.  You are also able to allow your guests to use the facilities too.

GRN Business Opportunity

What makes GRN even more exciting ‘though is the customer referral programme.   People looking to secure an additional income purely through recommending this membership to family and friends can earn their membership fees back very quickly.

But why stop with just friends and family?

A platinum membership with GRN allows you to market the opportunity and earn retail commissions of  $1000 a referral.  With a high quality “product” and extremely high commissions – what have you got to lose?  A gold membership pays out commissions of $500 after the initial qualifying commission.

Does Marketing with GRN Work?

GRN’s referral programme is described as “Perpetual Leverage” because once the person you introduce to the business also introduces others, you will earn an equal commission i.e if you are a platinum member and after the first platinum sale you will both earn a $1,000 commission and so it goes on.

Whilst the “Perpetual Leverage” commissions paid out by GRN are more like the residual type commission earned from an MLM than just an affiliate payment, it is clear that to earn a life changing income from this, then some marketing experience would be useful and this is where the “team” or “sponsor” that you join becomes very important.

As with online marketing and the MLM industry, only about 5% of marketers will ever make the life changing incomes and therefore you would be wise to assume that the “online” promotion of GRN is no exception, however it does have the advantage of “paying out” at the initial sale where Network Marketing and MLM usually does not.

Despite the high failure rate, it is also a fact that there are more millionaires created within the Network and Online Marketing industry than in ANY OTHER industry, so what do these people know that some others don’t?

Well, the internet has certainly played a big part over the last few years in marketing and if you wish to be successful in your GRN or any MLM business by marketing yourself and your opportunity online, then my recommendation to you is to find a sponsor and mentor experienced in both online and offline marketing, as this will ensure you have the best training possible in order to help you succeed.  Many people run out of prospects to talk to, and so to be able to generate your own leads online through an attraction marketing system will enable you to have a permanent list of people to talk to about your opportunity.

In summary, GRN is a financially stable company with a visionary and stable management team and will undoubtedly be around for years to come – This is obviously very important if you are building a residual or “perpetual” income that you want to stand the test of time and continue to pay you and your family.  The right market sector is key – the baby boomers (who have driven our economy since the end of the war) are all in their mid 50s now and love luxury holidays – last year over $6 billion was spent in luxury timeshares and this is (in my opinion) a much better alternative. 

The capital required to get started at GRN could be perceived as high ($3,200 to join as an affiliate) however this includes the lifetime membership and so I believe it is incredible value.

But will it work for You?

Well, only you can know this – you are the owner of your destiny here.  We can prove to you that the business model works, but as with ANY new venture, you need to allow yourself time to learn and develop – the high income can be achieved with the right mentor and support structure, but even with the right mentors, you still have to be the one committed enough to allocate time and energy to your business on a consistent basis.
