Paul Kramer, Senior Vice President
With more than 2 decades of experience in the development of nutritional supplements, corporate management, and network marketing. Kramer is the author of Fighting Body Pollution, a best selling book in 8 languages. A registered Nutritional Consultant, he has conducted health seminars all over the world. He is a graduate of the Canadian Nutrition Institute’s Advanced Holistic Nutrition program, and is a member of the Canadian Health Food Association and the American Botanical Council.
David Smith, Director of Finance
Smith joined the company in 2006. His prior experience includes acting as Controller in industries such as engineering, entertainment, financial management and computer software. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Saskatchewan, and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Pamela Clarke, Director of Marketing Communication
Clarke brings 25 years of experience in the finance and insurance industries. She was responsible for planning marketing campaigns for AEGON and Transamerica worth more than $1 million. She completed her B.A. in History and English Literature, Diploma in Business Administration, and several certifications in management. She is also a member of the Print Production Association and Institute of Canadian Advertising.
Shawn DeBora, Director or International Operations
Debora joined the firm in 2008. With a B.A. from New York University, he has experience in sales and communications, which have helped him expand the company’s operation in North America, Asia and Europe.
George Barlas, Manager of Information Technology
Barlas earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business in New York. With over 10 years of experience in IT, he worked as IT Client Service Manager for a manufacturing organization before joining Lifestyles.
Wan Thin Lim, Regional Controller
With more than 9 years of experience with Lifestyle Malaysia, Wan Thin Lim joined the global team in 2001. She completed her undergraduate degree in Accounting at Malaysia University in 1994, then her CPA with PriceWaterhouse Cooper in 1997.
