James Christiansen, President and Co-Founder
Christiansen's primary experience comes from commercial real estate and commercial banking. He previously worked as the Vice President and President of Premier Commercial Bank. His network marketing experience includes owning and building his own multi-level marketing business before co-founding XOWii with Richard Kelly.
Matt Ward, Chief Marketing Officer – His long career in marketing includes serving as the Marketing Director for the American Grand Prix Association. He also worked to help a small startup company achieve $100 million in annual sales. Prior to working for XOWii, he owned his own network marketing company.
Bill Sickert, Chief Science Officer – He brings to XOWii over 15 years experience with the health and wellness industry. With extensive experience in startup and market development he also brings to the table formal education in business, legal, and marketing.
