Wayne Hillman, Founder, CEO and President
Mr Hillman began the company in the 1980s as ‘Doctor’s Signature’ a response to his wife’s ill health. Initially the product was sold through medical channels. In 1995 he formed Life Force International so that the product was freely available to members of the general public.
Gerri Hillman, Founder and Chairman of the Board
In the 1980s, Hillman suffered ill-health. Her husband found a product that made her healthy again. The couple believes in self-empowerment and opportunities to chase dreams.
Marjorie Lynn, Founder and Senior Vice President
Lynn is the daughter of the Hillmans and has a degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She is currently concentrating on the company’s finances and perfecting the compensation plan.
Kathy Meadows, VP of Human Resources
Meadows is another daughter of the Hillmans, who worked in the legal field for 12 years prior to joining Life Force International in 1997. Her role in the company is working directly with employees and maintaining the company’s benefits packages along with all other HR related duties.
Iain Bratt, Executive VP and CFO
Bratt joined Life Force International in 1999 after a 10-year career at Nature's Sunshine Products, where he was the Director of Finance and the company representative for the United Kingdom and Irish Direct Selling Associations. A qualified accountant, Bratt’s duties are extensive, covering areas such as insurance, purchasing, audit and long range forecasting.
Jon Shulin, VP of Operations
Shulin liaises with the company’s customer representatives as well as the promotional department, keeping an efficient engine running. He joined the company in 2004 with 8 years of experience in corporate leadership.
Alex Theis, VP of Sales and Marketing
Theis has 12 years of experience in the direct selling industry. The last seven of these years have been focused on aiding field leaders to grow their business by developing coaching programs.
David Raphael, Managing Director of LFI Australasia
Raphael joined in 2001, bringing 20 years of experience, having worked with Usana, Enrich and other network marketing companies in New Zealand and Australia. For Life Force International, he is the administrative leader in Australasia, coordinating training events and leading sales drives.
Mike Bailo, Senior Research Scientist
Life Force International’s most recent addition to the management team is Mike Bailo, a scientist with more than 30 years of experience in the food industry as a Certified Quality Engineer. He is responsible for quality assurance and product integrity.
Krystina Feucht, Director of Marketing
A member of the American Marketing Association, Feucht has worked in many departments of Life Force International in the past 12 years. Currently she is in charge of marketing, where she produces the company newsletter, leads product promotions, training course and conventions. She also helps develop new tools of communication for the company.
Marc LaGoy, Director of Sales
LaGoy has 15 years of experience in the network marketing industry. In Life Force International, he has a variety of roles, including hosting calls, partnering with distributors for event planning and promotion establishment.
