Ellis has 15 years of experience, and has built organizations of over 50,000 in that time, as well as working as a consultant for other multi-level marketing companies and serving as CEO of his own. He was one of the awardees for Outstanding Young Men of America in 1981. Within My Harvest America, his responsibilities include implementing strategies to inspire distributors to work harder and better.
