Agel and me

Postby Terri Stallcop on Sat Jan 05, 2008 8:11 pm

Hi everyone. My name is Terri Stallcop. I was so excited to see an Agel group on MS!!

My experience with Agel has been sort of lop-sided. I say that with MUCH gratitude. I have huge volume on one side and little in comparison on the other. That actually makes me very fortunate because at least right now, all I have to do is build one side, not two!

I've been enrolled since last August and my big tip is this: you never know... Any one person can make a huge difference in team volume. I don't believe we will know ahead of time who that is, no crystal ball. MANY people have leadership potential in them. Give everyone the best "you."

A wise man once said "I respond to every one and to every thing. My whole being responds and it begins in my spirit." The best "you" is who Christ made us to be. The spirit in us becomes alive in Him. He created THE "Law of Attraction" in us. Make Him the MAIN ATTRACTION in your life and the magnet Force is awesome.

I'll keep you posted on how my lessor leg is doing. Blessings on your business! Terri

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the encouraging note and Proverb! Proverbs 3:6 is one of my favorites, especially when the path "less traveled" seems to need just a little more LIGHT! Hope to see you too in 14 days!

Hi Moira,

Isn't Agel the perfect match with a nursing career. My background is critical care and nursing administration. I looked at your website and was inspired by your deep understanding of unconditional positive regard. I look forward to reading more...

A lopsided leg...Hmmmm I hear this from time to time. My advice to you would be the same I give to all who have this "problem".

Never ever, ever, ever complain that you have one lopsided leg ESPECIALLY when it's a power leg that you didn't have to build.

Allow me to tell you a short story.

I was personally sponsored by Randy Gage himself. When he signed me into Agel I had visions of huge amounts of spillover and being part of a power leg like you are fortunate enough to be in. After all, Randy Gage was my sponsor! Little did I know that he was going to put me in his friends weak leg to give it a little boost. Not in the power leg. I don't think Randy ever expected me to do what I said I was going to do.

Long story short. I built one leg up to 200k in volume myself. Now I am building the other. I had no spillover from the top... none... Nada... zero... zilch.

Those who are in a power leg are the luckiest of people. I have no problems with my situation and I am grateful that my organization spans 10 countries purely on my own merits. It's something I can be proud of and goes to prove that Agel is such a powerful opportunity that spillover, though a great bonus, is simply not needed.

But Randy has been there for me on many occasions. How many people in this industry get to have Randy Gage himself do three-way calls? That alone is worth everything in my book. Randy has also done other things for me that make him the world's greatest sponsor.

But when you have a lopsided leg, and that leg is a power leg, don't even mention it. Just be grateful and get busy building the other one!

There has never been a better time to be Agel!
Bob

I know what you mean, Oje. I felt the same way in my last MLM venture. Here's what I didn't know then and I know now... people do not want me to be as upfront with my business opportunity as I once was. In other words, they do not care about Agel. What they care about is me. Am trustworthy? No hype, no promises, just am I for real and do i care about them? I do. I always have but in today's market, it is so hard to make people believe that. Skepticism is the norm. So, as Mike Dillard says, we have to give without want, without wanting in return. My advise is to not stop offering samples of our products for free, don't stop giving free information about what the products have done for you - your story. Just because your list of prospects have not enrolled does not mean that, over time, they won't. Be there for them. And here's my #1 tip - trust Christ for the results. Give Jesus your business and win or loose, just trust Him.

Here's to your Christ-centered success!
