I'm just wondering if anyone is successfully building their Agel business by primarily using the Magnetic Sponsoring principles. The main leaders in Agel promote the "system" which is basically the traditional approach, and they frown upon anything else being used as the primary approach. I've never seen anyone on stage at any events, (and I've been to two Agel Worlds and two Go Diamonds), who promotes online marketing, specifically the "funded proposal" approach, as their number one method of business building. I'm a big believer in Mike Dillards business philosophies although I have not really implemented it much. Over the years (and with several different companies) I have alienated lots of people with the traditional approach. I'd love to successfully build my Agel business online and am looking for people who are already doing it.

Is anyone already there??

Hey Jim,

funded proposals are great if you know how to use them!

Mike's strategies are great! I personally had a good friend who got started in Agel at the executive level, but you know what happened? She never made one sale and i don't even talk to her now...Makes me feel real bad :(

The problem i found in Agel was that many of the leaders still teach the old school of making lists of friends etc...

Is anyone there? Good question...The people who made it in Agel do not only sell the system, but they sell themselves and their story...

If you look at all money makers they have mastered the skill of branding themselves...I am just reading lots of info on branding etc and it is opening up a whole new world :)

Hi Jim

I use Magnetic Sponsoring as an additional tool for building Agel. If you listen to the advanced trainings in Agel ie Duplication University you'll start to understand that actually Randy Gage, Eric Worre and Randy Schroeder teach us exactly how to expand our list or if necessary to create a completely new one and to never run out of prospects. These guys are way ahead of the old traditional network marketing.

The reason they don't promote online marketing like this is because so many people wouldn't be able to duplicate it in 10-15 hours per week and because it's difficult to teach to new people just starting out. People run off creating all different systems which are totally against Randy Gage's philosophy of teaching many people to take a few simple actions over a consistent period of time to build long term passive income that can't be effected by the latest google slap. The principles which are building Agel at a speed never before seen in the industry are simple ones which can work in all markets at all times.

The golden rule for online is that you do it in addition to the basics. I have learned to create an ever expanding list of contacts both online and offline and that is completely without the 3 foot rule or signing up my grandma!

Have faith in the training Jim because it works. Only leaders want to create their own systems and they struggle with it too and often become completely unduplicatable so it's really best to stick to the fundamentals.

Hi Rachel,

I appreciate your comments and looked at your blog also. I believe you are right and our Agel leaders are right in endorsing the most duplicable methods. I've burned so many bridges that I'm inclined to want to build online as opposed to locally. I read diamond director Tim Berry's blog recently and although he is big into online marketing he still says that only about 10% of his business is from that and the other 90% is from warmer market sources. I think for me it's just a matter of seriously getting to work! I really have just barely left the starting box!

Hi, I just signed on here and have not even set up my profile yet, but came across this question and the replies. Actually I also just joined agel and there is one very strong line in Agel that is building very fast online using a very duplicatable online "System". I just received and finished reading the "Magnetic Sponsoring" book and even though my line of sponsorship has not mentioned "MS" it is founded on many of the same ideas. I came to realize the "vision" of MLM years ago and have worked very hard at building a "team" through the conventional methods but always burnt out "just" before reaching success. I finally gave up. I was out of "the business" for severel years. Just a couple months ago one of my "newer" best friends approached me with his "new" wealth building oppotunity. I then explained my MLM background, why I wished him the best but declined to get involved. A month later (a few weeks ago) when I told him I got back in "the business" with Agel. He couldn't believe it. But, after viewing the "online" video that my upline uses and provides for us to use and the rest of the "Duplicatable System", I was in. As stated in "MS" sell the System! This particular downlines "Online System" is what sold me and now after reading "MS" I am even more convinced this was the right choice!

I appreciate your response very much as I do all responses. However yours is the only one so far that may have what I have been looking for: an Agel specific online system. I have reviewed your site and requested a contact with the owners. Since I'm not in their Agel line I'm not sure how much they will be willing to share. Either way, thanks much!
