Absolutely!

I concur that Tony and Sara are two shining examples of what can happen when two ordinary people with no previous MLM experience come into an exploding company such as Agel with the leadership only Randy Gage and Eric Worre can provide.

Guys,
Any chance of getting tips on making it too. I have been with Agel for at least 4 months now, but I haven't go the success you have.
What am I doing wrong? What should I be doing?
Any basic budget required to strike gold? Or am I going about things in the wrong way?

First,

You need to give it more than four months. You are just getting started. Agel like many other network marketing companies is not a get rich quick scheme. However, it is a get rich quicker strategy. By that I mean it takes two to four years to get to a level it would take 20 years to get to in the corporate world.

Read that again... two to four years. Not four months. You need to have patience and stay the course. Are you following A-Team training? If so, have you done your grand opening PBR? If so, how many? Also, how many people are you exposing Agel to on a daily basis? Do you have enough DVD'S, Mag-Pak's? Gel-Pak's for sampling? Have you made your list of 100 warm market people? How many are still on that list that you haven't contacted yet?

Thanks for replying.
I did have something like a grand pbr. ( to be honest I struggle sometimes talking to people. thought pattern is like: what if... I know it may be cliche but I'm being honest)

I have been working through my list. Some people are interested in the product, some the business. For those interested in the business, the complaint is the enrollment fee for the executive pack ( about £730 ) in the UK. I am waiting for my autoship to arrive. I do have some DVDs. I have given some out too.

Do you have a suggestion on the best way to build the business on a part time basis? I am asking because I am in college most of the time, but I want to work round that.

No apologies needed for being honest! Truth be told, we are all nervous on the inside. Everyone is including the superstars and don't ever let anyone tell you different. Brian Tracy quoted an old saying in his "Success Mastery Academy" that I live by.

"Do that which you fear and the death of fear is certain"

In other words, talking to people will never become less of a struggle unless you continue to do it no matter how painful it is. In order to become a massive success in this industry you need to break out of your comfort zone. But as Bob Proctor says...

"The discomfort you experience will be very temporary.. The increased prosperity, will be permanent."

Keep working through your list, remember, the list isn't done until it's done! Always keep in mind that the last person you prospect will most likely be the person who joins and goes on to become a Diamond who is worth tens of thousands of dollars to you!

Next time you get a complaint about the enrollment fee you need to keep a few things in perspective.

1. Agel is not, nor was it ever intended to be an opportunity for people to casually come in and knock it around like a cat with a toy. And that is precisely what people do when they come into MLM's with an enrollment fee of $20.00. In my last company that was the case. When there is no substantial investment.. people most of the time will do nothing because they have to incentive to work. They will say.. well, it's only $20.00.

Is that the type of person you really want in your business anyway?

The savvy business person realizes that starting a business for 1k (us) that has the potential of generating a walk-a-way residual income that is worth a few million in the bank is the BARGAIN OF THE CENTURY! These are the people we are looking for. But keep in mind you will have to sort through a lot more people until you find them. My advice is to sign these ignorant people up as preferred customers or the retail level to keep volume building in your organization while you actively seek real leaders.

2. Agel makes you money precisely because there is a moderate cost associated with the opportunity. As Randy S. says... What do you want your multiplier to be? Do you want a thousand people at $20.00 who do little or nothing? Or do you want 100 at 1k who are each generating $200.00 (US) for you upfront and real residual over the long haul because they are actually working the business because they made a real investment in themselves? There is a VERY real reason why top earners in Agel are making the money they make and one reason is the cost of enrollment. trust me, it's a very smart business decision for Agel as well as you.

Finally, This business was designed for the part-timer. If you are in college, you should have PBR's that are designed like parties. And at the party give everyone an OHM and have them all watch the DVD telling them that you just want feedback on it. (which you do that's the truth). This is a very non-threatening way to expose them to the information which is your main goal here.

Other than that you should look into "drop cards" or sizzle cards to place around campus. These are business cards that have a short eye-catching heading like "Are you a starving student?":silly: If so call me at.. so that I can share some money-making info with you. Then get out as many of those as you can. Other than that, just initiate conversations in your daily life always keeping your eyes peeled for potential leaders.
