So my upline has been planning to quit agel for a few months now and she has made her final decision. What happens with the rest of her downline if she leaves? do we pass on to her upline? I'm confused about what the Tree would look like if that happened.

Hey, I'm not in Agel but I do know in practically most MLM's, her downline is passed to her upline and best thing to do is get in contact with your sponsor line and make sure they give you the support you want.

Why are you bothered about your up line leaving the company? It really doesn't matter if you take up the leadership for your down line, mentor them, teach them what you have learnt being in network marketing/company. Any Network marketing business always teach you to grow your and your down liners core values. Try to be a leader and not follower. Cheers to your success
