You know how we are taught to use the "simple" and "duplicative" system, teams in AP have in place? Well, all I have to say is if you guys haven't already, you really need to get all of Mike's courses. I'm not selling it obviously because you guys have your own links with MS. I'm just simply telling you from just a few pages I've read this early morning, I am just blown away.
Let me give you one hint: Per the letter: "Trying To Build A Downline In The Internet Age Is Like Trying To Fill A Leaking Bucket"
SOUND LIKE SOMETHING YOU KNOW ABOUT?????
Once I'm done with the book I have, I plan to buy his course. I'm going to reward myself with that course here soon.
It's crazy, but I've known or at least felt a lot of what they talk about. Like with the old school ways of MLM.
This information just makes so much sense. GO GET IT, I'm telling you!
Flyer's, postcards, belly to belly is not going to work anymore! The Internet killed it!
Ok, I'm done promoting somebody else's business for today! lol No offense Mike! ;), but I have to go make some business building happen!
Take care and I so hope more APer's come on over. This is great stuff guys! More so information we desperately needed!
I think this would be the best place to send our downline for constructive and strong content sharing!

I know that Magnetic Sponsoring will be catching on through AmeriPlan. I've just started researching this concept. Not so foreign actually. I, like yourself, have been thinking along these lines but just didn't have anything concrete to run with. I'm working to get my blog set up, etc.
I see that you have your "About" site set up with a newsletter sign up. You mentioned that you didn't want to market someone else's opportunity, so I'm curious what you are doing as a funded proposal (if anything).
I'm going to get the Traffic Formula for Christmas. Looking forward to developing this as a system for my downline.

Re:Attention AmeriPlan REPS!
Well I must admit I've left Ameriplan and will be working close with Andrew Cass (Mike's number one rep in his company). However I can tell you that I was and still will be marketing myself.
When you read the entire MS book you'll discover you can create your own "funded proposal" just by gathering information from others. Don't take credit for it, but you can interview say Jani Jones and ask questions about "how she did it" and so forth. Interview other leaders in this industry and go from there.
Compile your information into a PDF file and then share that with people who are opting into your site. (I'm still working on mine). Give credit where credit is due. So for instance you interview Jani Jones - she tells you of her 123 steps that got her to the top. Don't turn around and say "I did 123 to get to the top" if that makes sense.
You could put a book together (as I'm planning to do) about "Secrets Told from Top Leaders - Interview by Nicole Safley" and present your eBook (pdf) file as a free gift for just opting in.
Always market to network marketers - stay away from the job seekers if you can. Car salesmen don't market to people looking to buy a house. So why should you market to those just looking for a job.
Oh and the reason I made my "last" move to the other company is because I really saw the value of getting with a good mentor. We all need a mentor I believe. So Andrew fit what I desired and that's why I made the switch. Nothing against Ameriplan! :)
I hope I've helped and not confused things. My best advise is to sit down with the MS book for starters and grab your high lighter. Take notes and believe that what he's telling you works, because it does.
I'm going step by step and trying some things out. I'm seeing my traffic increase little by little every day! It's a process and one that takes time to develop and master.
Base your system on what Mike teaches and add your own content.
Also, make sure you read your policy in the AP manual. I "don't know" if you can or cannot market affiliate information without getting some flak or not. Last I knew you couldn't. So make sure you read up on that first.
Best wishes and to your success!!!! :)

Re:Attention AmeriPlan REPS!
Hi, Thought I might add a few pointers from the conference calls that I have been on lately. They have been telling us to sit down and on a piece of paper, write the "why" you got into this business. It has to be something that gets you motivated. Something that would make you feel like, I gotta do this. And then- 2. Make a list of people you can talk to. Not a list of people who you think would join. Just a list of 50 people you can talk to. Then do a no pressure contact. Say, Hi (name) How ya been? Oh fine. Say, I have gotten into something that I would like to show you. It may or may not be for you, but I woud like to get your opinion. In the next couple of days could you take a look at this dvd and then I will call you and see what you think about it. No pressure. Not alot of information. Then when you call, did you have a chance to look at the dvd? What did you think? Not for me? ok, do you know of anyone who might like this? OR You like it? Do you have any questions? When do you want to start?
I plan on doing this myself. Hope that helps

Ameriplan reps I'm real sorry to hear about your payplan cut. Here is a good book to read so that it does not happen to you again. http://marcromero.bigmlmtruths.com

Ok last I heard ameriplan was sold and the payplan cut in half. Just hate to see this happen to people. Lots of people get burned by a company when they do not know what to look for. Most people do not even read their P&p's. If they did half the people in company xyz would never join. Hope all goes well with you.

I'm sorry Lisa but my definition of good must be different than yours. If you get a chance read "Success in 10 Steps" and you will see what I mean, it can save people years of failure and frustration. You'll find the link in my first post. It's a free ebook. No companies mentioned just solid info about the Network marketing industry that everyone needs to know.
BTW how long have you been with ameriplan?

Re:Attention AmeriPlan REPS!
The company "may" be sold to Mark Jarvis and from what I understand the compensation was to only increase in value. If that's not the case, well then thats a shame because the reps who've been there for a while don't need any more changes like that.
Best wishes to you guys! :)
