Thanks for the post! It's always good to start how you mean to continue. I found this site quite by accident and have just joined and looking forward to my time here.
With kind regards,

Good to read somebody authentically concerned. My one week visit to the ABN - and daily at that - has convicted me beyond any form of doubt that the community is real. However, you will agree with me that a very, very tiny minority of the 12,000 members are giving away their minds and hearts. The huge majority of silence have contributed only 5 points. Time for leaders like you to reflect. Just thinking aloud, my friend.

I've been around the traps for a while, about a year or so just coming to grips with forums, social sites etc... and I gotta say this is an Awesome set up here. I regularly keep up with the guys on the Jason Better blog and now will hang around here a whole lot more. Can't wait to Dig through the great content I'm Sure to find here.

P.S. This is the Greatest intro to a Forum I've ever read and I do plan on giving value here.
(And learning a whole buncha stuff)

See you all around.

From the concern information in this post,I come to know about the usage of better net-worker.The greatest part about this community is that it is filled with people who have so much to offer--if they just tap into themselves. It's a place to share OURSELVES and what we have learned as well as educate the masses about the quality of people, the skill of the people, and the power of our industry.

Thanks for the tips :D

- as a "newbie" to this site and "social networking" - i would like to enter the party with style - may I suggest a "newbie map" - a SHORT list of stuff to do to use this asset to it's best ability while not offending anyone or stepping "on the grass"

:!: I registered and wasn't finished building my profile and i had invites to make 6 friends from members that are part of network marketing programs that promise to train me for "free" - sounds like the first step towards being pitched -

:?: i'm nervous about saying "yes" to their "friendships" because I didn't come here to get pitched as much as I hope to 1. make sure folks know about what I'm up and 2. find like minds to work with to learn how to market successfully ... as a successful business person (in that other world where network marketing and mlm don't play) i always give more than i ask for (or take) so i'm not worried about contributing - i just want to understand how without wasting my efforts or the time of others ....

:x I figured that this community was not going to be a place where i would get spammed with "offers"

I thought - If I'm interested in FINDING an oppty - I can go to Companies or Classifieds ... if I want to know what YOU are up to - I find you and look at your wall ...

What just happened was kinda scary to ... i came in, registered, began the experience and got immediately bombarded with "friends" that may only want to sell me something ...

 If i'd just walked into a party and had 6 guys hit on me - I would wonder if i wanted to STAY at that party ...

I also appreciate your desire to make this a strong community ... now, I'm confused as to what this community really could mean to me ... i may not stay

Susen said it.
Speechless.

Ok, I can't really just put that in a post can I? But I am. Speechless I mean.

Should be made sticky and mandatory reading (along with the rules), for every new member!

I'm a new member and I really enjoy this Network. Thanks.
