I tried posting direct and through my account but for some reason, my ads don't show and I don't get any email telling me anything about my ad. I have no idea why it won't show, looked at the help section and didn't get an answer there. Am thinking about using a different computer with a different email and maybe that will work but not sure if it will. Has this happened to anyone else and if so, what did you do to fix it?

Karen,

This isn't a fix. But I had IE problems and I started Firefox and I could see them. The next day I went to look with IE and I could see them.:unsure:

Two days later, IE did not display them again! FF worked again.

At first, I thought that it just took a while to post. This jumping back and forth is driving me nuts.

I have searched the Internet for an answer. I just live with it!

Chances are they are "Ghost Posting"...

Which means they say they are listed and then they don't actually post them... Also if they are not sending you the messages to confirm that means they are blocking you all together... Maybe you ahve too many ads up with that same email address or the same content... There are many different possibilities...

Hi,

I have been using CL for a few months now and have learned quite a few techniques to prevent your ads from getting "flagged" or "ghosted". I will be writing a comprehensive ebook on CL soon. Here are a few suggestions and tricks:

1. change your email account you are posting from
2. change your title and/or body you posted
3. if you have a link in your posting, it is more likely to get ghosted
Also, if an url is posted several times, it becomes blocked
4. don't have any "spammy" headlines like "Make $5,000 in 5 hours!"...users will flag
5. change your IP address
6. one more hint once you stop getting ghosted...use hyperlinked images in ads instead of text ads....they get noticed and convert much better.
