ok...so in the course MD talks about using craigslist...but obviously the course is a little outdated as craigslist doesn't allow more than only a few posts in a day..

does anyone know of a method or software i can buy to automate the craigslist postings that has worked for them and isn't too expensive?

Nope it's still possible - create 5 gmail/googlemail accounts. Make up 3 Subject headings associated with each email address. Make sure each ad title is over 20% different from the other. Now here is the clever bit. Create a JPEG image that matches what you are marketing I have a soaring baloon to indiacate aiming for the sky. Now brighten the jpeg and use some contrast to create a "washed" out look. The using the text tool in a graphics package write your ad and add CLICK HERE at the bottom. Mkae sure the image is 9.5 inches wide and no more. Now sign up for Photobucket - it's free and load your image 15 times with the same title - photobucket will automatically add a sequential number like so xxxx-1, xxxx-2, xxxx-3 etc up to xxxx-14

Now create a spreadsheet to record your email addresses and add titles that go with them plus the appropriate html code I am going to show you now:

Copy this code 15 times in your spreadsheet under each email don't forget to increase the xxxx.jpg-1 etc etc.

Now log into craiglist using each account in turn and post three ads as follows:

Create an ad - enter the 1st Subject line then in the description enter the html code. Now magically your image should appear when you press continue. Do this three times for each email address and you have 15 ads. that will not get picked up by craiglist bots why? Because you are using images with different names in each ad. So as far as they are concerned they are different. If you had the time you could create an email in google for every major US/UK/Canadadian whatever area and sumbit three ads per account. Thats a load of adds to have running. I currently have 15 basically identical ads and will be upping it to 21 soon.

Final tip every 48 hours go in delete your ads and repost them. It bumps them up.

Hi Tracy,

There is no program that I know of that posts automatically with Craigslist.

If you follow what Andrew posted above and you can post multiple times in different cities.

One thing that you will have trouble with now is the phone verification. Each e-mail must be connected with a phone number to post on Craigslist. You can use your friends phone number if they agree or buy them.

Slight correction thats only in the US - they haven't caught on to that in the UK yet but you do need to put each ad in a different city. Also I don't think you can cross post countries in fact I think that's what triggers the phone call requirement your IP address.

There is no system that allows you to post multiple on craig list. You have to trick craig list into thinking your are multiple people. Good luck with that.

Luck is not a factor I have 15 ads running in the UK now and have had for 3 months. Just follow the foolproof instructions I gave it's the email logins that are treated as separate people.

And he is Absolutely Right! Its the "different" email addresses that make the difference. And also you will want to change up some of the text to make it "unique".

There are softwares, or at least "there were" softwares that would do this but finding 1 that works IS NOT easy and even if it does... The chances of it working "long-term" or slim to none...

Andrew has provided the correct advise. Got to be a little sneaky. because they will kick you off. Ebay is planning other changes that will make it more difficult to use.including charges foe ads.

They are slowly reducing it's effectiveness. That is why they bought it to make it go away or become a profit center.
