I hate to sound naive but could please tell me what you are talking about? have I missed something here?

I've read through your post and all your replies, I am damn nervous about my first video.
Last night I downloaded a video editor and now after reading your post today first thing tomorrow i'll start my first video and post it.

Hi Andy,

I tried to look at your video but I got a message saying that this video has been removed by the user.

I'm hesitant toward making videos because I'm a bit camera shy. Even though I made a few on my cell phone just my voice though, and I was impressed with how I sounded. I don't know how to upload it to YouTube.

Great tip I had on Vid marketing was to just talk to the camera as if you were talking to a friend.
