I would like to start a forum about Avon. I have been in it about a month and a half, so I am just getting going and still learning, but very much loving it so far. I have gotten one person signed up that wanted to start selling, which puts me into the leadership program as well. I have mostly focused on Facebook and Twitter for promoting my business and need to work more on actually getting out and approaching my neighbors and such although, I do approach complete strangers as well as people I may run into around town that I know and always have brochures with me. I have found it pretty easy mainly because I LOVE Avon products and always have. My mom loved Avon also, so I grew up using the products and I could almost kick myself wondering why I didn't start selling years ago. Plus I very rarely find anyone who isn't thrilled and eager to look through the latest brochure, so that's another huge plus with this business, no inventory or quotas! Not so hard handing out brochures. I am truly enjoying it!

How have any other Avon Rep's and eReps found the most success?

I wanted to post an update and brag a little about working for Avon. I must report that I am so pleased with the company. Aside from all the great products, Avon has quartely meetings in every district and I attended ours today. I got free stuff that I can keep for myself or sell and also got all the latest updates about all the goings on with Avon. Then I was literally floored when our district manager actually went around the room and asked... "who wants my help getting more customers?" All of us were given the chance to set up a date and time to go out with our district manager and she will approach customers for us and show us how to do it and to get sales. I am so impressed! I must say that I have never been in any other business where you get this kind of one on one help! Also during our meeting, one of the girls name was drawn that sold a certain item during our last campaign and she and her customer that purchased the item both won $200.00 in free Avon products. This was done in every district. Plus there is a car givaway going on right now for a Rep and a customer who will both win a car! And in the fall of this year, they will be giving away a Sandals Resort vaction for two. Anyway, I just wanted to report that I am very satisfied so far being an Avon Lady and eRep!
