I am a little confused. How has Max partnered Guthy-Renker?

It Guthy going to do infomercials for Max?

Hi Paul,
you can find out exactly what happened
by watching the Steven K. Scott video
on the link in my signature, but basically Steven
the original founder and also the infomercial
king that brought us the 'Total Gym" campaign
went to his main competitor Guthy-Renker and asked them
to partner with him. After doing their due diligence
they personally bought into the company.
(Guthy-Renker does 1.5 billion in sales per year)

There is a distinct possibility that there
will be a TV ad campaign at some point in the future
which will make us a "household name".

According to founder Steven K. Scott (American Telecast founder and National Best Selling Author) is quoted in the February 2008 issue of "Your Business At Home" magazine as saying "Our vision is to be the fastest network marketing company in history to reach a billion dollars in annual sales."

Guthy-Renker partnered with Max International after Scott launched Max International. Discussions began, due diligence was performed by both sides and the principles of Guthy-Renker bought into Max International. They are the fourth owners, providing both funding and marketing muscle to take the company international in short order.
