Hello Carl,

Pre-Paid Legal here also. I think there should be a training forum for this company considering there are also a lot of other companies here. With that kind of access to the justice system I've been using my membership a lot with just questions! Sold my folks a membership and they were able to get back $2,000 that was owed from an escrow company.

I'm still building my business, was using the old school methods and did catch some commissions as well having numerous people in my org. So far so good!!

Hello fellow pplers,

I am glad to have finally found this topic. I, too, am desperate to find others to share this great offering with. I have used the service frequently but have not found anyone to become my customer. It is not 'my format'. I have spent on CDs, meetings, conference calls. How it works for others is beyond me. This is the only way to do it, and to be successful even if not in your own particular goal.

A forum is great. Looking forward to sharing and learning.

Hello CarlCoffin,
I viewed your profile and I would love to be on your friends list. I have Carl the Cop, which I suspect EVERYONE does, but may I add you as well? I am just learning that hundreds of these millionaires that preach for PPL are doing it online. Blew me away. I just bought a camcorder. I too can do it. I hope I am doing this within the legal precedents. This is all greek to me. I look to hear from you. Polemique

Good Day fellow PPL Associates!

I have recently joined PPL and love it. What makes this so great are the people on my team that I get to work with. Unlike some of the other teams, ours acts and works together like a team. I have found a couple of other MLM people from other businesses and the one complaint I have heard is that their team says they don't have time to help. Sad, and how can they say they are a team when they are focused on themselves.

Prepaid Legal rocks. I believe that we do need our own forum considering that we are about to push to become a one billion dollar company. I am really surprised that Prepaid doesn't already have a dedicated forum on Betternetworker considering the track record of the company. But I believe the reason there is no dedicated forum is because there hasn't been enough requests and participation from Prepaid associates on this website. That is about to change. Let's make some noise...in a good way by adding value...to the Betternetworker website.

I would be willing to help moderate the forum for PPL associates on Betternetworker. Having a couple assistants would be great too. If you would like to assist with moderation please send me a message and let's see what we can do.

Alright. Stand up and get noticed PPL associates!

Termination of my Manager and Director positions (bought out another person) due to using Ann Sieg's Renegade Marketing Program and a lot of friends and family upset at me for ever introducing the business to them.

I worked Pre-Paid Legal for 3 years selling mainly the business, Police Officers, and Regular Plan and while I don't have any problem with the product, I do have serious issues with the double standard of allowing some people to run alternative websites, spam mail, and purchase Google Adwords and then not allowing others. Not to mention that some people sold the business completely wrong and didn't tell people about chargebacks or didn't explain the legal plans correctly. Since I kept my business name in Yellow Pages at that time, my answering machine was always full of people pissed off that I did not even sell a plan to

I have to consider myself lucky because I left with a positive balance in my account. Most people I know left with chargebacks in the thousands. If anyone wants any PPL books, DVDS, or supplies let me know and you're more than welcome to it. I believe I still have about 900 magazines, 200 DVDS and a couple more boxes of cool stuff.

I used Pre Paid Legal for a couple of years it is nice to be able to call and get legal questions answered without having to search for a specific law office. I used ppl to get a lawyer over a workman's comp case, I was told by ppl that I would get a 15% discount. When we were in court going over figures and the settlement, I asked him about the discount. He told me that we would handle that after we got the settlement, that I should sign the paperwork to give to judge. When I went to pick up my check the 15% was not discounted out of his fee. I refuse to sign off on the check until I talked to him, he said that the 15% was for hourly fees and not on percentage cases. He also went on to tell me that he had were I had signed off on the settlement and fees. Checkmate. I guess thats what you get with lawyers. I have no complaints with ppl though.

Wish it had blessed my life. Spent more on training then I earned.

When I joined I was very excited to get a free website; but, soon learned that the leads from this went unethically to another rep.

Then I was insulted for actually wanting to make money and not just get milked.

Thank you for you posts. :) It's something how theres always good and bad stories in life. Every company I know has people who gave it a shot and felt burned, including myself.

I feel that PPL associates need a forum like this to learn from others how to MARKET their business better and attract the right people to them. I also believe you do not have to spending hundreds on briefings, meetings or events to be a success in this business.

I kow many assoicate who spent too much money on supporting activities and not enough time prospecting and making sales.

If we use the Internet to generate leads for PPL on a daily basis we can become a success much faster than trying to drag people to PBR's and events.
