I am new to this site and I would like to create on-going discussions about PYXISM.
Can someone tell me how to start one?

Wow, I just checked out Pyx and I must say their comp plan had my eyes hurting, going from this to that back to this then to that finishing with this, then way over to that....

All in all I think its ok.
