Hi and thanks I have gained a better perspective on ARs. Kaitlin, I too am setting my funnel system, up thanks to Mike's Courses.

I am not sure I feel comfortable sending out an AR when I get my first leads because after all this time studying and setting up, each lead will be like gold and I will want to talk them in person so badly.

I have written out some training emails because that is essential to my team's growth. I have also learned so much here at BN that I am loaded now with valuable info and content to share with new team members.

I will be enticing leads with an opt in box (which I have no idea how to make)for my free EntrepreNews Letter or Jim Rohn CD using squeeze pages and blogs and sales pages.

I just know that a handful of the right people in this business is better than pushing for high numbers. Team building with a great small team grows numbers fast.

So I still am not sure when to use my AR. I am almost nervous to appear as though I am being automated to new visitors.

How does your AR system work with your funnel system?

Great discussion. I won't repeat what has already been shared, but let me add this. Ideally, you would speak to everyone on your list, but not everyone wants to provide their phone number. You can have an option to include a phone number, but people are more inclined to leave an email address as they can easily opt out of the list.

You should absolutely include your phone number in all your messages. I also include my skype. Its an easy way to communicate, especially internationally.

Be sure that the messages in your autoresponder are value-driven and relevant for your target market.

I would also recommend getting on the lists of various people you admire and respect. See how they handle their autoresponders. What resonates with you? What turns you off? You can then take what you learn and implement it in a way that suits your personal approach.

Finally, even if a message is automated, there are ways to personalize it. Include your picture and contact info. Above all, include your own unique personality!

Feel free to skype me (cindyschulson) if I can be of any help.
all the best,
Cindy
