Can someone please tell me how to properly copy paste my articles. They look right before I submit them. Afterwards, they appear with paragraphs of cryptic codes before the first line and sometimes in between. Plus all the nice spacing in between paragraphs is lost somehow. I have five articles that look awful....any practical help from someone who has fixed this problem before?

Re: Help with Copy/Pasting Articles
Where exactly are you copying these articles from, and pasting them to? Some places required the HTML coding to separate paragraphs, and others do not. Also, if you are using Microsoft Word, and copying text from there, it's quite likely you're picking up formatting codes from Word that you weren't even aware of. Best to copy the text to Notepad, then select it and copy it to be pasted elsewhere. That usually gets rid of the unwanted formatting from Word.
More than happy to help further if I knew where you pasting your articles to.

Re: Help with Copy/Pasting Articles
Most of the articles that I copy and paste are from my EzineArticle home page. They copy and paste exactly in the format that I originally wrote them.
However, as was mentioned, if you are trying to copy and paste from Microsoft Word, then you are going to run into difficulties. I understand you are better off saving material in Notepad instead of Word. It's copies and pastes better.

Re: Help with Copy/Pasting Articles
Try to copy them into MS Word or a NotePad and then copy them into here so that you can get rid of that icky unnecessary code.
You will have to re enter the pictures in because of the differing formats depending on where you originally copied them form.

I copy my text and paste it in Note Pad. Then copy from note pad and past into article and submit. Works great.

I'm using a PC. So if you're using a PC then you'd go to bottom of your screen on your left and..
Press Start then go to Programs
Then Accessories and Notepad is there..
