I think you need more information to help someone make a decision. I would think you get a lot of looky-loos that possibly don't have anything else to do or are looking for the "Next Big Thing" to make a million by 12:43 PM tomorrow. I don't think I would put in my information because there is not enough there to entice me.

I went to the site earlier today and as soon as I heard the 1st few words of the video I clicked off. I did not see anything on the page that made me want to watch the video. I just went back now and watched the video. There is nothing in it that made me want to enter my info.

I would suggest that you find something newer, fresher, more compelling - something unique to you to put up there. Right now it looks kinda like everything else.

Well, at least its very easy to navigate through. Anyone with half a brain could figure out how to go from step 1 to step 2 and that is important.

Its not super unique to those of us who are online marketers and see this stuff all the time, but for offliners it should be totally new to them.

I dont like this kind of websites that only put a video and 4 phrases because there are milions of webpages like this one and I never feel attracted to them, probably because I know that 99% of them are scam.
However is not my field so Im not a specialist, but I can suggest you to add some more text.
