First "Happy New Year Everyone!"
I wrote a blog post about New Year's Resolutions this past week and received some very interesting feedback that made me think. What is better, setting New Year's Resolutions or Goals instead?
I very infrequently set New Year's Resolutions and if I do, I usually break them within the first couple of weeks. Why? Because resolutions are very broad and they are also inflexible. Once you break them, you've failed. It's game over!
On the other hand, if you set goals (and set them throughout the year) you can adjust them along the way.
What are your thoughts?

I think that we need to do away with New Year's Resolutions and put the focus on goals. I check 2010 goals and see what I hit and what I didn't. I then set new goals for 2011. I'm making a comment of helping more people get started online this year. So Goals is the way to go........

Maurice,
I agree with you to put the focus on goals instead. And I love your goals for this year "helping more people get started online." Way to go!
Much Success to You!
