Hey, I have a suggestion to improve the usability of the site.

When you click the companies tab at the top of the page, you are presented with a massive list of companies, but they are not structured in any way. I think they should be organised under different subheading, whether it be health and wellness, telecommunications, technology e.t.c

It would make it much easier for people to search for companies relevant to their interests, rather than sift through all the companies one by one.

Just a though, and I would love to see it put into action.
