This is a wonderful opinion. The things mentioned are unanimous and needs to be appreciated by everyone. The initiative taken for the concern is very serious and need an attention of every one. This is the concern which exists in the society and needs to be eliminated from the society as soon as possible. There is nothing called a free lunch is this world. If anything needed to be resolved then initiated need a support to be sorted out.

There's a couple of things that i don't like about my company.

1.) Trying to get people into my business when they didn't ask to apart of my company.
2.) Teaching the same thing over and over again and forbid creativity. Not to mention they tell you to just listen to your company only. They don't want you to search for outside info in the company and I MEAN MAN YOU'RE GOTTA EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE, NOT CONSTANTLY DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND AGAIN... shessh.
3.)Hate being told that you should only do it the way that your company tells you, not your way.
4.)They tell you this business isn't about you, they should be saying this business is about you and what you can offer.

Other than that i am with a good MLM company, i would love to see them change up their game.

I joined my first network marketing company approximately six years ago. Over the period, I joined seven different companies and I can not think of anything I did not like about any of them. We might agree I followed the "hype" on each one of them including the one I am in now. I have been in it for a year a half and I am convinced, as I was in all the others, that I was in the best business opportunity for me at the time. What I have learned through my experience as noted above, is I am my business.

I'm getting a little tired of all the negativity associated with our industry! Why does everyone always have to be focusing on the negatives - the 97% who fail, the things you DON'T like about your company,the bad compensation plans, the companies closing down?

Generally speaking, my friend, I (& I believe many others too) believe that we DO want to listen about "perfect" companies, we DON'T want to highlight problems we are all already painfully aware of...

It's time that distributors realised that there ARE good companies & good aspects to the network marketing industry - perhaps then, we wouldn't be getting such a high attrition rate.

Let's forget the negatives & start focusing on the positives

I agree highly with you Michael and can and will say the same thing about my company...and as everyone can see it's one in the same. I am like you and want to hear about the good comapnies and get away from the 97% junk. I see so much of this and it seems to be the foundation for a lot of the gurus selling you their stuff to supposedly get you out of that 97% bracket...which if this will work for someone that's great but again in my opinion this again is a problem, because of the negativity associated with it.

I do want to hear about the good, perfect, great and like no other companies. Network Marketing is fantastic opportunity for anyone if they want to work and take control of their lives! Network Marketing is not a good fit for someone that is looking for a get rich quick deal or getting something for little or no work. I want to shout from the rooftop about what a great company I am associated with! If someone is constantly finding fault with their company then they need to move on to something else.

That's Great! Actually I don't have to say too about my company. I really do like our company policy. Also about the salary its good.
