I am what makes my company great, everyone thinks that their company is the best on the planet. If not they would quit and join what they then feel is the best company on the planet and then their company is the best on the planet.

I think what is more important is that our industry is the best and it is full of great companies that are full of great people. I think the whole mine is better than your debate is a waste of time, everyone thinks that their company is the greatest and that their comp plan is the best and so on.

I think if we all tried to build up the industry instead of our company, then people would be more attracted to the industry and that would bring more people to all of our companies.

Ok, companies that are great are constantly supporting their members with great leadership, so leaders have to be involved with their members and helping them get ahead, to surpass their goals. I'm talking about network marketing companies that don't forget the little guy that just started. This is the most important person that needs to see results and real leaders step up to the plate and help make that happen.
