Hi Monlka, as previously mentioned, if you are not happy with your current sponsor as a mentor go upline, don't change companies. If you attempt to get a mentor outside of your present company I guarantee that they will try to persuade you to join their company.

Jacquelyn. be careful with anything to do with Michael. I was in his particular system for over 2 years and always felt dirty telling people that I would mentor them regardless of what company they were with when the real truth was I was trying to get them to join Vitamark, eventually explaining that they were not in a five pillar company and that Vitamark was the only five pillar company I had ever found. There are some people here on BN that opened my eyes to the truth (you know who you are).

I wish you the best but once again go upline to find a mentor. If you are not able to do this (and there are some companies that don't allow it) then maybe you are with the wrong company and no I am not pitching you on mine.

When I first started out I found that getting a mentor is definitely the best way to fast track your success. What areas of Online Marketing are you needing help with?

If your upline is not supporting you...oh well. No excuses!!! You have to develop the drive to make things happen on your own. You must take the time to learn whatever skills you need to be successful in you company. One of the best ways to get ideas for free marketing is to follow other MLM'ers on their's blogs. You may pick up some ideas. I have another way it will cost you $4 and i'm not an affiliate of this company. I won't put it up here. Hit me up and i will explain it to you. No strings i don't want anything from you. Pay it forward

To your success my friend

There are plenty of good mentors out there, but unfortunately there are many more bad ones. I myself like a lot of people have had experience of both. A good mentor should be up to date on all the new training and strategies that come on the market. When your in that position with a mentor you'll have no need to look elsewhere.

When it comes to cost everyone knows the phrase "you get what you pay for" and i don't see too many top mentors giving you coaching that'll make you a fortune for free.

As one of the comments above stated if you're already looking elsewhere for mentoring you're maybe already with the wrong one. A good mentor can be the difference between making it and not.

I agree there are many good mentors out there and you can start looking from your family or friends. When looking for a mentor, think beyond former bosses and professors. Look to older family members or friends, neighbors, spiritual leaders, community leaders, the networks of your friends and colleagues, or officials of professional or trade associations you belong to. Avoid asking your direct supervisor at work. You want to be free to discuss workplace issues as well as your plans for future advancement.
