Has anyone else had issues with Canadian Customers?

I have a new prospect who wishes to buy Magnetic Sponsoring. He lives in Canada, and when he selects Canada as his country, the Provinces don't change from the U.S. states. He's tried selecting "other" as his province, and it won't allow him to continue to the purchase page without selecting a different province first. Has anyone else had an issue with this?

I've already submitted a support request, and I'm waiting for a response. I would just like to get this taken care of ASAP.

Hi:
I live in Canada and I have had similar problems when signing up for things. What I find you have to do is forget about the Province initially and just continue on filling the rest of the stuff in. When you press enter, you will see that you can then get to the Provinces. This has happened to me many times and it always ends up working.
