There we go Oron..

An example for you, how NOT TO MARKET online and the tactics to keep away from when - using community forums and anywhere else.

I'm not reporting this spam because I want this to reveal as an example of what not to do.

Paul this is for you....

BETTERNETWORK FORUM RULES...

Do NOT post any kind of sales pitch for your business, or affiliate product in the forum.

This is called "forum spam".

Your account will be banned immediately without warning if you do so, and the offending posts will be deleted.

Notice three things Oron because I'd like it to be seen as a study case. And Paul, you can shout, complain, report me on what I'm sayiing here, I don't give a damn.

This is a great opportunity now to reveal what not to and thank you for letting us see an example of what not to do..

Here's what to see Oron...

1. This is his first post. The FIRST post ever done by him, in the forum!

No hello, no getting to know the forum, the community, people. Nothing, nadda, zip!

He saw an opportunity to pitch.

No care about the community but saw an opportunity to throw in a link back to big idea.

Complete spamming.

2. Look at his avatar. No photograph whatsoever. But worse..

His profile...

http://www.betternetworker.com/members/paul_kemp-0

No time, thought, patiance, care, given to fill in details, revealing who he is, his story, background and given respect to the community he has just created an account for.

In other words, this is not long term.

Just in and out, and done.

Hey maybe I'm wrong. Maybe he didn't know freaking anything about marketing, and is a beginner, and made a mistake.

That's why he's frustrated, lack focus because the only thing in the mind is chasing a fast buck, and not learning that every forum has a culture, a way of doing this.

It has nothing to do with many products online. It has to do with knowing the basics, having a strategy, having the specialised skills AND treating a business, as a business.

In other words..

Information overload, is where someone has NOT learnt to manage themselves! Has no focus due to no strategy, and exactly knowing where they going.

For if someone knows where they going, they'd learn the skills and know what to learn, and stay focused in learng that particular skill, to apply and get result.

Period!

Every forum has a policy and to learn what it is because that's how people who respect a community does.

So there we go, an example.

Freaking awesome, that an example like that popped up, as it is a blessing and saves me a heck of a lot of time teaching what spam, tactics, spamming is.

I've been totally unfocussed over the years as I buy more and more internet marketing products online. It appears, I'm not the only one.

There are so many people who go buying product after product, looking for the one magic bullet that’s going to solve all their problems. The end result is that many fall into large amounts of debt, with wasted money and no results to show for it at all. Before you purchase a product, make sure you do the due dilligence.

I've decided to do something about it. You'll see more about my initiative here spam link removed.

I'm interested to know whether you have had any poor experiences when buying money making strategies online because I'm attempting to review missold IM products for my members.

Great Stuff!

Hey Oron,

Adam has given you some great info here, and what I would like to add to and say is that I agree with him wholeheartedly.

Read magnetic sponsoring again cover to cover, probably three or four times, google information that you don't know about and then research attraction marketing and the priciples of it. In a nutshell it is about positioning yourself more so you compete less and trust me their is not that much competition out their because everyone is pushing their product or service.

The whole thing with emails autoresponders, funnels, back end offers is mighty confusing when you begin with, but as you go along you will learn it, realise it takes time and Rome wasnt built in a day. Just think about what you have to offer and how does it benefit the end user and then find a medium to distribute that message.

You tube has some great tutorials on their for anything you need to learn, just take the time and learn one step at a time.

Good luck mate
