hii my name is ororn,
im from israel and im 23 yr old.
i bought MS before a week, because i wanted to help me with my MLM business(monavie)
i read i still didnt finished i admit it but it not the issue.i wanted to help cuz i want to tryr sale it from the internet and i dont know even how to make a web or newsletter or capture and all this business...

and when i purchased MS i discovered another whole new world, the network marketing
and it seem like that what i wanted to learn that helps me with my MLM company,
after i visited in the MS web and here i feel the im LOST and why, because there is no simple explain that tells me:
what i need to do with all the ads, i need to advertising them in my site? or what(im talking about MS)
do i only connect prospect to the MS site and dont have any contact with them?
i saw people talking about calls, what calls it not from the internet only?

you can understand by my words that i didnt got the whole info, i feel that i loosing something
really good here that i want but i dont know how it looks like or what should i do, i really need someone to guide me personally, i have lots of ideas to do but i dont know how and it drive me crazy.

Welcome to betternetworker community.

Slow down mate. Nice and easy.

If you don't want to go round circles, and doing uneccessary actions, and be busy; without strategy - first find someone who you can sit with, to help you, step by step. A mentor.

Understand that they will ask questions first, they will see where you are at, to see if you're serious, and won't waste their time; who is willing to learn, coachable and invest in your training.

First take your time Oron.

Step back for a moment, and take one step at a time. Breathe.

There is a lot of value here at Betternetworker, but first, one needs to walk before they run. So first, take time to read, get use to learning and not run, before you can walk.

For now, move around the forum, get to know people, see who you relate to; and then contact who you see can help you.

As for MS, go to mymagneticoffice.com, you will see training that shows what to do.

1. Go to your backend office of mymagneticoffice.com again.

2. Click on the menu that says "GETTING STARTED." Start there. There are five parts to it.

3. Then there's the 'Training/Ads menu. Read it to understand the MS system. Many don't.

If you have only skimmed the Magnetic Sponsoring book
Go back and read it again. You need to read it again and this time study it. You have yet to understand what it teaches and I can tell.

Then come back here, and ask questions and community will answer but if you want practical help, get a one-one mentor.

Hi Oron, Your definately not alone, there's always someone else out there who's going through the same situation you are. Usually your sponsor should be telling you how to work your business. Some companies have very good training on how to make your business grow, and some people neglect this area entirely.
The basics of how things work should have been explained before you joined, but in eagerness to get people signed up, this area is sometimes overlooked
Your sponsor should be able to give you some guidance, and some steps to take. I would start with talking with people in you immediate area first, and see how receptive or not, people are face to face. Show them what you are doing.
You can also show this post to your sponsor and see what they can suggest
There's alot you can learn, start with something you can do today, first

first thanks for the attension,
you talked about sponser, i have no idea who is mine...i got MS by guy who im in his newsletter list,i found him in internet(you got me?) i was in training and ads i did all that, and i still dont get it, i think i lost a phase and i see the world from b to c and goes on..
you all talking about ads and i saying i need an explaination to whole system i post the ads in my site?
i really want to take my time but i can cuz its all dark for me,nothing clearly
tell me if its true, the MS is about bring custumers to your web, or marketing MS right?
as you can see im confuse i want the basics things about this business the ABC
and then go further. i dont want to run i just want to know a little bit clearly
got me?
and something good for now (: ill work on post or two that will be valuable and maybe i put it in a pdf and give it for free in my capture site(thats in the future )

Ok Oron, let's start from the beginning mate.

You have a business and it has products and services.

Now, as we learn from Magnetic Sponsoring, we know that there are thousands after thousands of network marketers, businesses, who will do the following:

A) They will talk about their product. Pitch and shout about how great their business is. They'll talk about their compensation plan.

They will create adverts about their business, opportunity and so on.

Now, if you do this, then you will be like a speck of dust, an echo, that cannot be heard with the crowd who are shouting the same thing.

This crowd, have no specialised skill.

All they have, is they represent a company, which has products. They represent a company that gives an opportunity.

However, most do not know how to market and attract quality prospects. They'll try and pretend they do but when I read their comments, read what they say, I can see their mindset.

Hence, they can talk till they are blue in the face - its about results.

This doesn't mean, the goal isn't selling the products, and signing up future prospects. This means, to do it in a way, that you become the thing that attract the prospects.

YOU.

Now, let me make this clear for you friend.

Because when I say YOU, some are going to read this and think it's a blog with their face on it, or an advert.

So here's the deal Oron.

It is what I also had to change big time 10 years ago and fast, and we've all been there...

Would you sponsor you?

Think for a moment mate.

Why would someone join you, buy from you - if the following have yet to be learnt..

- Do you know how to look at the products and identify what it can solve?
- Do you know how to then take this to do the research to identify who wants what your product solves?
- Do you know how to then create a strategy from beginning to end?
- Do you know how to then create the message, in a way that grabs your prospects attention?
- Do you know how to lead your prospects from one place, to another, convert to sale and sign up?
- Do you HAVE A PLAN.

The thing is...

If a person does not know how to do this, does not know the basics, how can they even create a plan, a strategy to succeed in their business?

So, you need to learn the basics.

One step at a time.

Here's the step to take then....

For you to know things clearly, you need to first get a mentor, and sit down with that mentor, either with skype, and go one step at a time.

And get ready to do the work, and be prepared to listen, be coachable.

If you are willing to do this, then you will listen carefully.

It's ONE ACTION.....

Find...a...Mentor. Period.

Or...it's going to be lots of information, overwhelming, and you'll be up to your neck with articles, blog posts, videos and everything else.

Get on the fast track and find a mentor, and runninng buddy, who will help with direction, and focus will need to come from you.

when you say a mentor you mean a person like mike dillard?
or someone more closely cuz if you mean this, so maybe ill find him but its not for sure that he will "sponsor" me
he has to be in MS not?
ill give u an example for what i feel right now but i dont know how to say it...
its like i teach u a few little words in hebrew and send you to street to talk to people...
its not right,you agree? cuz you dont know how to talk or how to say what you want.
and ill say to you take a hebrew lessons but you dont know where from,

It can be someone who has done what you want to do. It can be people in the forum who you get along with, who you relate to, who you see they do what you want to learn too.

Just because someone won't sponsor, doesn't mean, they won't help. There are many people I help, who are not in my business and on my mentorship training. That's how you make money. You have a skill, and people who are ALREADY in a business want to learn a specialised skill.

Or, they want to hire the person. For example I have a client who is hiring me to design their website, add their forms, help them to know what products to create and how to create. Or where to get training.

But they are are ALREADY in their own business.

And for me for example, I don't sponsor people straight away. I like to get to know them, see where they are, if they fit criteria I am looking for.

However, this doesn't mean it ends there. They may need skills, training and because you have these skills, and they seen you have them; they hire your skills or they pay to learn from you, or purchase products or training you did.

Yes. For example, someone has training but even when they buy the training, it's sometimes easier, to have help, step by step by the person. This is called a Mentor.

Like me for example. I have a software, where a person might want to learn how to create design for their website, or how to create a video, or how to create an ebook, or a magazine, or a newsletter because they want to sell it.

They have people they know who will buy it BUT they haven't the practical skills to create it, and know how to upload to their website, and how to add like a payment system.

And sure, I can give them video to learn this but I like one-one and teach this way because I get to know the person more, there's a stronger relationship there, even when they pay. It's gives me satisfaction and it's my dream.

So, they can see my computer screen and I can see there's, when I give them a password, no matter where they are in the world.

And I show them, step by step, how to do what they want or learn what they want - if it's within my specialised skill and area.

They ask questions for example like this.

"Hello Adam. I need help to know how to upload my ebook onto my website. I tried but it's not working."

So, I show them how to do it, there and then, real time, live. And to make sure the person knows how to do it, I record this session too, and I also say to the person...

"Now, you do it so you know how to do it yourself. Show me, I'm watching and if you get stuck, I'll guide you along...."

For me, it's very satisfying and it pays good too. You can't beat specialised skills.

So that's how you can also learn, if you got a course but you still need practical, one-one mentorship that way; then there are people here, who have skills. All in different areas.

All you need to do, is get to know the good people here, it's a brillaint community, many skilful, some talented, others beginners, others advanced and so on.

It is like a blue-print to building a house.

It will teach you much, but much is intentionally left out for the reader to figure out.
You will have to blaze your trail with the knowledge it provides.

Again, it is a manual on the psychology of winning.

Understand this and you can apply this knowledge whether using the internet or not.

Some things to consider if you already have not done so:

Have you attempted to translate The MS into your native language?

Have you sought out any networking associations in your region to be able to discuss your research?

It sounds like to me you have an excellent opportunity to make
something great happen, but you are going to have to do some serious
research to understand the concepts.

You will be rewarded greatly. Be strong.
