I am a product of the old school of marketing, and have recently made the transition from offline direct sales marketing to online magnetic/attraction marketing. From my perspective there are still many of my marketing associates who are successful at warm marketing. Most of them possess the people skills, communication skills, and negotiating skills necessary to be successful at warm marketing. These of course are the principal natural marketing tools necessary for warm marketing. I find while it is important to have these natural tools in magnetic marketing, their dependence for success is overshadowed by the added value provided by the powerful social marketing tools found in magnetic marketing.
