I love Magnetic Sponsoring, I read it a couple a time a week, like Volker says, any one that wants to work with me, has to read it, as it helps get the mindset right and you learn the basics of Attraction Marketing. My results changed within 30 days, just by implementing the strategies in it.

For those that you speak to that have multiple ventures going, but are not quite sure how to 'work' them succcesfully for maximum earning potential, then MS is THE book that will show them how to overcome this.

Magnetic sponsoring is based on human nature that basically does not change. Thats how I see it. At the bottom of all the technology lies the human being that needs to be convinced to buy he he..so you see, its timeless.

yes absolutely, the principles taught within are timeless.

Proper marketing and positioning of your product or service will see you win every time hands down.

I don't know about anyone else but I would far rather have people ask me to sponsor them rather than have to chase them!!!

But here is my take. I think there are very good things in Magnetic Sponsoring. I think it is still relevant today. I also believe that there is a need for getting back to the basics as well. Many people are joining Network Marketing by the droves everyday. I am not sure someone brand new who has never done network marketing today will appreciate the beauty of Magnetic Marketing. They don't have a point of reference. They have not gone through some of the struggle that Mike Dillard went through that led to him writing that book. But of course there are still many that have and don't know about Magnetic Sponsoring.

So my feelings are it is a tool in a tool box, but not the only tool and it doesn't do all of the different jobs that are needed. I feel you have to be equipped with many tools. Like learning how to talk to people, before you learn how to use the tools in that book!

What a great thread this is.Personally I STILL refer to Magnetic Sponsoring to this day, for those I work with its a Must have and helps them, through my teaching, It is STILL an awesome product!

Just started reading it last night...stopped when I found myself asleep.
While I do okay at my MLM, I know I can do SO much better online. I look at what I do versus others who always seem to be more effective (or just better at lying!) and I just KNOW I'm "missing something". Some tactic, strategy, etc.
And I'm completely sick and tired and fed up with everyone suggesting that it's this next 'tool' I need (for only $49 a month!)
Really. I don't think tim sales, jr jackson, todd hartog, dexter yager, etc. use MLSP or similar systems!
I trust Dillard, and am pleasantly surprised at MS. Fact is, nothing in there (so far) is out-of-left-field surprising - it's strength seems to be in recompiling the information into what I call 'ah-ha!' moments.
Can't wait to finish it up today.

Totally agree with you Jon. Tools are just an aid to help you market and I think way too many people have gone off on that tangent. Look at me, I can teach you ............. but many have no clue how to move people down a funnel into their primary opp so therefore can't teach anyone else to.

The best tool you could have is a good mentor (successful) and if that means joining their company under them to learn their skill set then do it.

What a horrible thought ! Find the most financially successful, approachable mentor and join his/her company? Unheard of, yet when we want to learn and become a professional in any other arena we search out the best colleges/universities/professors we can afford.

Joyce, If i might address the Point you raise about Most Networkers have no idea about how to lead people into a Funnel. This is so true & something I was really bad at myself.
