Anyone else have this issue?

I was told it would be all fixed by Monday at midnight Dec 7th. Well, that time has passed and my ticket is still open from Dec 7th. I know I'm a bit impatient but come on!

I had a couple hundred leads that are missing and a couple hundred in commissions that are not listed.

My next pay out isn't until dec 16th but I will be VERY disappointed if my commissions don't match all of the commission emails I've received in my email.

I've been with Magnetic sponsoring affiliate system for over 2 years. I would think I would get a more prompt service considering it's commission checks that are missing.

I had the same issue.. I logged on yesterday for the first time in a week or so. It said I had no commissions for this period and I know for a fact I made MS sales in the past 2 weeks.. The last record of any leads generated was from June and that makes no sense either.

what's the deal guys?

Hey guys,

We've switched to a totally new system and the data import process didn't go as expected. The engineers are working around the clock to resolve the issues. In the meantime, your affiliate and traffic reports are likely not accurate, however your affiliate leads and sales should be tracking just fine.

In other words, you aren't losing any commissions, just the ability to view an accurate report until the issues are resolved.

A more realistic assessment would be...

I don't want to fuss and I don't want to sound like I am....
but this is about more than just accurate commission checks.

People who are new rely on the MS Back Office reports for monitoring what is happening with their traffic and their prospects. Success is measured in small increments so seeing any activity on these reports can be reassuring.

Some, like myself, do not even have a list opt-in yet. No need for that without a lot of traffic nor a lot to offer. I have undertaken a lot of self development course work since I got into Affiliate Marketing not long ago. I've been learning. Building trust and readership is what I've been concentrating on for a month or more now with my blog. MS products are marketed there so I rely on the MS Back Office reports to check for traffic-leads/prospects and have actually followed up with my prospects by personal email. I don't spam and I offer my prospects an easy method to unsubscribe from my communications. Can't do that now. I cannot even contact MS support right now for I cannot even log in.

I fully understand how Murphy's Law works, so having bugs with system/server changes are expected. But without slaying this dragon, some of us are outside and cannot even look in.

I won't, but some other new people may get frustrated and just might quit trying to look in....that would be sad.

I'm crossing my fingers that the "displayed" stats are just off but the real money will still be sent to my paypal account.

Not saying it will break me but dang, I'm not going to lie that a couple hundred bucks in commissions checks won't put a frown on my holiday spirit.

thanks for the update and i hope all is being fixed. I know a lot of my new opt in members are having tickets sent in due to minor issues. Lets get those bugs worked out!

Hey folks,

I wouldn't really sweat it at all. Honestly, the guys at Magnetic have what I consider the best laid out affiliate program in the MLM/network marketing industry and it continues to grow better.

With every upgrade I've ever seen, both online and in a bricks and mortar business....with any kind of technology there are bugs that need to get worked out.

IMO for all of the affiliates who use MS as a program,

New Magnetic Sponsoring Sever = Mo' money for affililates & more value for prospects
