Hi All,

I am new here on this community. I have read a lot of posts. I also have read MLM Traffic Formula and Magnetic Sponsoring. I have understood what its said in the book also. In those books the main thing told is to start your own capture page and get autoresponder and etc etc. But what my main question to everyone is that since capture page takes some time to built shall I start promoting MS as affiliate? While I take time to make the capture page I can promote the MS and make some money. Is it viable? Has anyone done it before? Before there was a link on MS where all the links for the referred services like autoresponder, copywriting were given but now when you go to that link it says that it has been moved to the members section. Whereas I do not see all the links or servives that were referred by MS before moved in the members section in the back office.
Does anyone know what autoresponder service to use? The preferred/recommended autoresponder service was also in that link but not its not.
Everytime you try to ask someone for help they try to sell their own stuff or send to their own links. I am looking for answers not for links. I have clicked on enough links
I have another question which is below;
Two things to be done by individuals here make just money OR make money and make generate leads also. Now if someone wants to make money or lets take for expample me. If I just want to make money then I do not need to make a capture page because I do not care about putting myself in front and making a leader in front of people because I am concerned about money only but not leads. But if I need to make downline or generate lead etc. then I need to make a capture page of my own. But I want to know one another thing that after making the page what product or what am I showing the prospects(or who signs in)or what am I selling them? Like MS sells its education books. What would I sell? Can I sell MS also. I have so many posts about capture page. Everyone talks about "how is my capture page" etc etc but what am I selling? Where is the educational product? Can I still MS after the capture page? If that is so then why am I making a capture page of my own. Why I am making a capture page of own when I am selling someones else's product? To make profit, make some extra money! If yes then I can just buy a domain and put forwarding on it and use MS capture page, why mine, and MS will do the follow ups also . OR I HAVE confused myself too much
I am with Quixtar currently. What I simply want to do is to make some extra cash on the side from online networking or selling or capturing whatever it is called. Can someone please guide without promoting their OPPORTUNITY or link please. I already have MS backend access so no need to buy any other opportunity.

Hi ! I know this is confusing I am going to call it- what comes first the chicken or the egg? Don't get me wrong I am no expert but I know how to start businesses. I have made some mistakes and would like to help you avoid them. First of all it's fine that you want to make some money on the side because chances are that's what happens at the start. So in my humble opinion why not think long term? Why not do this thing right the first time? If you have your own capture page you will promote yourself as a professional.
It's important because it's what helps you get your own leads. These leads are customized to you and they are looking for what you are selling. So let me explain it like this:
1. You need to introduce yourself and have something they want= Caption page
2. You need to offer something free wth good content, gives you credibility and starts the trust with e-mails also promotes the next product
3. Market your low end product like Attraction Marketing
4. Go in for the big one and build a team
Step number 4 is not going to happen with everyone but only people who are going to be a part of your team

The money will follow but we have to work for it!

That's exactly what I want to know. What should I offer I step 2? There has to be some content in the emails. That's what I wanted to know what should be in the emails? Ok! What I mean is that I will have to prepare all the autoresponder emails first and srticles first and then launch the capture page. Because if someone signs in to the capture page and then if I don't have to offer them stories in the emails then it will not work. I hope you understand what I mean

When getting started use the magneticsponsoring capture page, or a pre-made capture page. Personally I use Jim Yaghi's free capture pages at LeadTrafficJam.com which helps me promote magnetic sponsoring and also offers free video lessons on pay-per-click. You want to use a pre-made page because it will allow you to focus on learning how to market while making some money. Pick a marketing strategy and master it. Magnetic sponsoring has training on 6 strategies in your back office. Hope this helps

Though I do have the books, MS etc, what I have been doing is lookng long term and worked to build a capture page which I use dreamweaver and also photoshop. I am also building my own blog too.

The capture page wasn't the challenge here because I can create one in an hour and hopefully, I'll put up the videos here in betternetworker.com

So, I had this idea, to get a capture page, put a video on there showing my training. Now, if you are in nutrition biz, then you'd do about nutrition not the product mate but knowledge on nutrition, on what free radicals are, what vitamins are, etc. You know knowledge, valuable content that...people in this industry need.

Now, I'm not doing nutrition mate, just giving you an example so I ain't busting some moves about what my biz is.

Ok, so, they see video and say, "yeah, I want more of this." They fill in that Opt in form because I said..

"You're going to get 60 mins free video training blah, blah.."

...my auto-responder triggers and sends thank you to them and...the first video link.

For you, if it is not video, it will be articles on (whatever you biz is but not about your product). So in that email it be a thank you and..(what's coming their way.)

And what's coming their way the next day is your first email article.

So..if you are wanting to get leads, and if you want to teach how it's done as well, and you're good at it, and you applied it, and it works....then you teach that in your article. Break the articles down, don't give lots of stuff in that article but talk on one thing valuable.

Cause you can overload people in an article. So see how it was for you, remember it, put that down on paper because many are going through it. Many don't even know what a capture page is. How to design one, how to get people to the capture etc...

All these are amazing articles.

Study how others do it too. Go to a capture page, fill in the form, see when email comes from them, and what's in that email, and when does their article comes, how does their article come. Does it hit you, does it get you or is just a load of rubbish.

Then...be better!

So, you'll have quiet a few articles mate, and each email that is sent will have a great title for them to open and read.

Now, the goal here is to give valuable content that will help them, build that relationship, not everyone is gonna buy on first day, give them time to know you. So, these people you are targeting, are people you know need this info, their hungry for knowledge.

The more you give valuable rich content the growing of trust happens. The more you engage them, the more they will talk and tell you want they want.

Focus on this mate, not blasting them with product info, be patiant as well cause some, send me a couple of emails of knowledge and then they blast me with prods, after prods, after prods and I...delete..unsubscribe.

The ones who kept giving me valuable info, guess what? I grew to trust them and I have bought off them. Hey, why not. If they kept giving me valuable info and it worked for me, and I gave it justice, and so on, then I am gonna say, "Oooh, I want more of this...I'll get their book etc.."

Now, after I do this....later on, I want to do long term and direct them to my blog. Why?

I want to engage them all, I want them to discuss, talk, tell me what else they want and again...more video training and help them, and trust happens. I don't care of they agree with me or not. I'll even use info out there, for them to discuss, get them talking and get me talking to them.

So yes, sort your capture page out. Get some articles sorted valuable to the target audience you are aiming at.

I would say NOT to lead with Mike's course. It's excellent for making affiliate commissions BUT not for branding yourself.

You want a customizable, self branding, funded proposal system that you can use. Not all of them are created equally.

The system should offer free training that you can show to your NEW target market which is other network marketers. The reason why I say new is b/c they already believe in MLM, they just need help.

And this is where you come in at. You wow them with your training, email autoresponders, wealth of knowledge (the system should have this in place for you. you don't have to come up with it).

You are showing them you have value and you can help them solve their leads and cash problems. Hopefully this helps some.

Thanks to you all for the wisdom that everyone has provided me. I now understand what is the process. I understood it earlier also when I read the MS book but wasnt sure when to launch. I was confused to think that will I launch my capture page as soon as I am done making it. Now I know that I will not launch the page right away. I will have to setup the whole system first the capture page, the email articles, the videos (which I will think if I want to put or not, but most probably I will), the autoresponder and the whole structure. I can make a capture page. Making a capture page is not a challenge but making the email articles and the content in them is what I have to concentrate on. So the first step is to make a capture page and the whole email articles relating to what I say in the capture page. I will also have to look for an autoresponder account. Any suggestions for autoresponder. Which one is better or which one you prefer.

if you dont know how to make a lead capture page

don;t worry about it because they are prepaid

for you. Only thing you have to do is put your name

on the lead capture, video (if you want) or pic.

They have written autoresponder message for you.

You can just customize to your liking.

You should go to the site and just read what they offer.

You have so many questions logged in there it could be
made into a miniture ebook.

If you think about it, those questions you asked could be
turend into a mini-series you created on your own or
even for a report to sell for about 7 - 27$.

You would be surprised what people are willing to pay for,
if you just ASK.

Anyways, you asked so many questions, but I will tackle one
thing you must work on straightening out asap.

You said you only care about make money, not leads.

Well, the two go hand in hand if you plan on staying in this
busienss long term.

Can you go for the one time sale? sure, but there is a huge
price to pay for it, and it ain't worth it.

The leads you self-generate are potential repeat customers
who consistently buy into you, your vision, and what you
offer them. This is really the only automatic effective way
to follow up with your prospects.

one more question you asked (I'm not answering all of them)

Great questions. No... you don't HAVE to.

but it's great practice for you and it really is completely unique to
you and what you offer people. It's EXTREMELY attractive
to create your own simple marketing simple with your own
content, expertise, and knowledge.

This is why blogs perform so well.

but I wouldn't recommend it to a begginer like yourself.
You really do want to plug into a system where all these elements
and procesess are handled for you. But understand that there is
no "easy way out".

If you learn those skills, you are much more valuble because
as you can see, very few people would undertake such procesess.

Personally, I love them. I'm artistic and creative. So this is what
makes business enjoyable for me.
