That works well for attracting new people, but how do you get people who are experienced and will hit the ground running to take a look at your OPPORTUNITY and see if it is something they want to add to their repetoire?

First of all I wouldn't chase anyone and try to convince them on anything!
That is going to get you now where fast!
I would suggest you pick up a copy of Magnetic Sponsoring and learn the basics of attraction marketing!
Even though I mainly use the Internet to attract prospects to me, I still use the so called "old school" methods from time to time to prospect as well. I never pass up an opportunity to prospect to someone that I feel meets the personality traits I'm looking for in a prospect.
Oh and yes I only offer my main opportunity to the people that show their worth my time and effort to recruit. That is why I have whats called a """"SALES FUNNEL""""" so I can introduce myself first and then give them free information to help them succeed with right away, then as """""THEY CHOSE""""" to progress through my sales funnel then I introduce them to my main opportunity if they meet my personality traits!

Your coming form a place of need! Nobody is a attracted to needy people!
When you set up a SALES FUNNEL you can attract all typs of prospects into your sales funnel and as they move through your sales funnel two things are going to happen.....
The prospect is going to learn more about you and the type of leader you are "people who are experienced" will want to network with you and learn more about you witch could lead to a long term business partnership.
OR
If the prospect is a newbie he or she will see true value in you and then will want to progress through your SALES FUNNEL and be apart of your business if you chose to give them the opportunity to do so!
