Technology Needed: How To Make Traffic Formula Come to Life

Hi Everyone,

I love the course, and I understand all of the concepts. I am pretty knowledgeable in all areas, but have questions about putting it all together.

First Question-

I notice most marketers use a single opt-in process. Do I need to use a double opt in process, if so, do people get my messages if they do not verify? What is the best system to use for that. I have used Aweber in the past, but my account is set up for a double opt-in process, which I believe messes up the whole process, and I am not sure if they even get my e-mails if they do not double opt it. I heard somewhere that once it is set up to double opt-in that this cannot be undone, and I will need to start a new account.

Who uses 1shoppingcart? Can that system handle it all?

What if I want to make a 2nd tier lead system? What contact management system would I use to keep track of people who jump through my second hoop and how would I be able to send them similar but different e-mails than the people I send who responded to my Gateway/Squeeze page?

Right now I use http://www.responsemagic.com/ as my contact management system.

So if I call a prospect and book them for an overview call they get the right follow up. Same happens if I call them the first time, but I do not connect and leave a message. Or if I call them a 2nd time and they do not return my calls they get the right follow up. It sends a message that says "Hey (firstname) I called you twice."

Or maybe I would manually manage my calls to these people and continue to send them e-mails that make more offers and further upsell.

Long story short I understand the material, but do not want to waste time learning and paying to test out more systems. I am a little stuck on picking the right tools for the job.

If anyone has any good recommendations let me know. I think this will serve the whole community
