After reading MS my biggest challenge was "so what do I advertise?" I think it was hard for me originally to let go of the need to advertise my business upfront. It was a habit with me that I needed to break. I only put it in my siggy here because the only other thing I promote is BB Recruiting, but everyone here has already knowledge of it. I'm currently working on a page that will add more value to the community so that I can rid of my biz siggy line!

1) Understanding it
2) Putting Magnetic Sponsoring to BRAND YOU
3) Applying it all to once again make you the leader

Example:
-You using magnetic sponsoring to slap your YYY company link on every site is - WRONG
-You using magnetic sponsoring capture page on every site and then e-mailing them like you own that list - WRONG

Sharing isn't the same as owning. You can call those leads but e-mailing them more than once without consent is SPAM

Do the Right thing and understand what Magnetic Sponsoring is teaching you.

There are so many pitfalls for a beginner. The number one problem I experienced is information overload. Which way do you go and to whom do you listen to. Everybody seems to be an expert and they have just as much experience as I do. I love connecting with everybody, but it does get frustrating trying to connect the dots without going broke!

Information overload, boy that seems to be the main subject that hits everyone at one point. I know because I was there and if you get to this point, you will know how crippling it can be.

Once you reach that, how do you overcome it? Well....... just STOP!

I don't mean quit.........just stop, take a step back and breath.

Stop buying more information, stop buying the latest & greatest from every new guru, stop trying to fully understand everything and Stop telling yourself you need to learn more before you can move forward.

If you have information overload then You have all the information you need to move forward.

It's like it turns into your own feeding frenzy, reaching and biting anything that might feed your knowledge to be the best.

We are all learning as quickly as possible to get those Google page ranks up, PPC ads to the top and integrate better SEO methods, but at some point you have to put the books down and start working it.

So just Stop for a moment, stop the frenzy, go back to the basics and implement them. Like any good sports team they understand the basics to the point they can do it in their sleep.

You have your websites, your systems, your products and the knowledge. Now find a marketing strategy that will work for your budget, work it, test it, tweak it and become good at it.

Because that's the bottom line, Good Marketing.

Network Marketing, Internet Marketing and MLM is a highly competitive industry and you are part of it, so don't get caught up in all the marketing hype. This is not a get rich quick, it will take work, be honest in your dealings, offer value and support to your team and pass the knowledge on.

Then..... it will help you to become rich in more ways then one.

The Challenges people face is that they don't have a system to take action. There's a few marketing systems that recommend "Magnetic Sponsoring" as a guide line so it's basically putting 2 and 2 together. When it becomes a challenge is when they read it without really studying it. That's basically it.......

I may be oversimplifying this but all of networking is 3 steps:

1. Learn
2. Do
3. Teach

After picking up MS they may not learn ... or not do (the massive action thing) ... or they may not teach (the 'where do I start' thing). If they learned well, teaching others to buy MS by sheer example would be easy and thus one's focus would stay on one's primary business. MS is just a technique with a cheque attached :-)
