When I first read Magnetic Sponsoring I remember the "Ah Ha!" moment I had when I finished and said yes this is awesome but I had a question...
how do I do it?

It was easy for me, I turned right around and bout Mlm Traffic Formula. After That I totally immersed myself in internet marketing and now study from some of the biggest heavy hitters out there. It makes sence for me it has always made sense and I just ran with but I ran into a problem...

People I'd introduce to MS either don't get it or they read it and are like this is brilliant but are overwhelmed by it and then put it on the shelf. It's not that they are negative they just have never heard anything like it before. So my question to everyone in the community is: What do you think the 3 greatest challenges are when someone first starts learning/implementing Magnetic Sponsoring and Internet Marketing?

I'm totally new to network marketing and have yet to receive my copy of Magnetic Marketing but I have been reading everything I can get my hands on about the industry and how to be successful in it. I can tell you that the biggest challenge I have right now is where do I get started?!

I am overwhelmed with resources and guides and I know where I want to be but how do I get it going without going from broke to broker. Do I build the website first? Do I try the basic of basics lead generating site while I wait for the superduper site? Do I try harder to get my team members to do what I am doing or just focus on my growth right now? The questions go on and on.

I am beyond grateful to have stumbled upon Mike Dillard and his products and all of the free information he provides. I am already miles ahead of everyone else on my team because of my attitude and approach or rather my BAM (brain and motivation) but today I feel like I am on a merry go round...

TAKING MASSIVE ACTION.

You will learn on the way. You will learn more from mistakes and actually doing "something" than trying to absorb it all.

Get your feet wet and knock it out.

I'll agree with Lawrence that the biggest obstacle is taking action. But if you don't know what action you're supposed to take, then taking it is pretty hard.

Most folks buy it, thinking 'it' is the next get rich scheme on their lists. They think all they have to do is become an affiliate and by virtue of that fact, people will be attracted to them and sign up to their business.

And maybe the success of Magnetic Sponsoring has something to do with that. Those of us who've used it swear by how great it is. So someone new thinks 'wow', this system does the work and gets me the leads'.

Of course to them the book is a huge let down. Because owning Magnetic Sponsoring doesn't make you a lead magnet. Just like owning Traffic Secrets2 doesn't flood your site with a million visitors a day.

You have to 'get' what is being taught. And a lot just don't. A lot of folks think it means they have to start shouting their leadership from the rooftops. "Hey, I'm a great leader, I'll teach you how to grow your business, join my team". Duh?

Owning MS doesn't make you a leader either!

There is really only 'one' challenge with MS as I see it. And that's getting the message clear in your head.

If you get the message, you will know what action to take next. So read it, study it, ask about it... do whatever you have to do to 'understand' what Mike is teaching you.

I agree, ACTION is the biggest part of any endeavor and getting someone to do take continuous action is a major accomplishment. It can be overwhelming at first trying to learn a completely different way of thinking... I tell people the number one thing they need to start doing right away is building a list which means a capture page; setting up an auto responder so you can email them, etc... The mechanical things that don't take that long to set up.

What do you think the 3 greatest challenges are when someone first starts learning/implementing Magnetic Sponsoring and Internet Marketing?

My greatest challenge was knowing exactly where to concentrate my efforts. There are so many ideas here that it's kinda like a buffet line - I have to try a little bit of everything, but as a result, I never really get enjoy the one or two things I liked best.

With MS, in the beginning, I was spreading myself too thin and not focusing on one or two key items to get good at.

I think that's the key. Find a couple of concepts here that you're comfortable with, or really want to learn, and focus on those concepts until you get a good understanding of them and you know how to implement them. Then start studying a different concept and continue to build that tool box.

It's all about baby steps. Just ask Bob.

I agree with Rick...in fact with everyone. The initial excitement over the MS book can cause a person to sit in front of their computer screen with fingers poised over the key board and ask "Now what?" I think the biggest challenge is not knowing what your business is. What is your business? Who are your customers/prospects? What is your basic business plan? The MS products can give you a starting point in learning how to market on the internet simply by marketing them! Free classifieds to social networking to Googleads...once you've determined who your customer is, you have to determine how they will find your product. Develop a business plan and a marketing plan then implement the plan.

Well said by everyone and take it from someone who spread himself to thin by trying a lot of different things. While trying to do multiple things I was accomplishing nothing because I was spreading myself to thin. I would say concentrate on one method. Once you start seeing the results that you like and you are receiving them consistently go on to master another tasks. What you will realize is the first method you tried will start becoming automatic and on autopilot as you put another method into effect. When you have mastered another method you will see your business begin to explode because now you have multilple methods growing your business.

How about going to the forums where IM go and ask them what their top 3 challenges are and were? Field study! lol

For me it was getting clear on the step by step process to get started. I learned after watching someone's videos and listened to their methodical voice and how they organized things as they went along, what I needed what a way to organize things as I did them so I could find them quick when I needed them again.

Still could use more of that as being a mac user I can't use for ex: roboform (to organize all those damn passwords and user ids)

Then I just now found a perfect mind map software for my mac and things are really easier for me to "see".

One of my mentors laughed and said Michele get out a big piece of paper and just write it all down there and then play with some index cards to organize it in a sequential order that will work for you!

When people say take MASSIVE action, that doesn't help someone who feels overwhelmed already.

Someone in my Mastermind took the time to put together a 30 plan of action and that really helped.

They mapped out everything his name is JoeMack it is called 30 day bum marketing blueprint. Do not have url sorry, looking at it now. Try googleing it.

The top 3 challenges with Magnetic Sponsoring being part of this wonderful industry part time now for 9 years.
