Hi,

In these tough economic times I have seen that most people are looking for opportunities that are affordable to get started and to maintain.

For example, in my case I did a test and promoted an opportunity that is $40 to get started (then $19.95 per mo) and I also promoted an opportunity (not to the same people) that is $99 to join (then $99 per mo, but if they got their 3, theirs was free monthly)... Here is what I noticed...

1. I received a lot more calls for the $40 program and got much more sign ups. Also the duplication is consistent and is growing rapidly.

2. The $100 program didn't have much duplication and people couldn't afford to keep active since they were having a hard time recruiting 3 to cover their autoship, so many quit.

What price do you think is where you draw the line as to how much you are willing to invest in starting or maintaining a N.M. business?

What is your best or ideal autoship price that you believe is good for the masses? (Don't say free, cuz free doesn't pay)

What has your experience been?

I understand that times are changing and what used to be ok prices for an opp before aren't looked upon the same way anymore. Anyways that is just my opinion... What do you think?

There is nothing wrong with a low end company if you use it in a funneling system. I have a low end company that I use it $10 buck but when people get results from it they trust me a join my main company for $366.

I have two businesses, one you can get started for $50 and the other $795. Once my members start building their business and having success with the $50 business, I introduce them to the other one. Some take it up, some don't, it depends on what their goals are. But the lower end business is a good way for people to see the power of network marketing.

I think the low end opps are great for the people who choose to do them. We have to meet people where they are sometimes. And those that participate in a low in opps and go to work to increase there cash flow for themselves and there family is really cool. They provide a valubable service to our industry so people don't have to feel there priced out of a nice opportunity to move forward!!!

I agree.

I am pushing the lower costing opp now and have the higher priced opp available as well. The difference I noticed, and correct me if I'm wrong, is that the lower cost programs grow faster and duplicate better (when the program, system or opportunity is a quality, trustworthy, stable opp).

Of course this can vary on opp, product/service and comp plan, but when ppl need $ now and they don't have the funds to get started in the higher priced opp, then the lower priced opp makes the best option. So I think it's good to have both options available.

I'm running another marketing test this Sunday and I'm curious as to which opp will show the best results.

I do not agree with you about the free.
From my experience free is a keyword that attract lot's of people.
If there is a program that you can join for free and make some cash - people will see that this program really works, they will get to know you and trust you.
After they will see that the product sells, that they have support from their upline - they will gladly upgrade to make more money in the business.
This way - they will eliminate the risk of investing hundreds or thousands of dollars until they reach a good program.
This is what I believe and this way always was working for me.
