I appreciate Roberta for being the only MFF beneficiary to speak out here. Where is everyone else (they seem all over the place)

To me, initially MFF appeared to be a 'trust-getting' mechanism but after repeated exposure it had me undervaluing the MFF giver because many of them could be strong personal brands on their own and were sort-of-languishing under the McLoughly brand. After all there are so many other value-intensive things to give away to get a conversation started and build your own brand, aren't there?

Hi folks,
sorry i have not been watching some articles.
Ok people when you wake up and look at life you will find you have lots of choices.
Some people prefer MFF and some MLMPro.
Why can you not see there are things in common with both.
The aim is to train the gullible people that come into MLM and get to waste all their money on some scam or con.

So before you rubbish ANY system please remember there are people involved with BOTH that have and will make money.
Trained people is what is needed and this i did cover in a video called
'MLM and The Dentist'

Mentoring For Free... MFF.. In Short it is a long con.

The end resault is this H&W product that.. WEll I guess you have to like that kind of stuff to comment on its value.

AS for the actual program... Everthing about it is setup and designed to make you look for a certin program and Shock and Awww ... They are the only MLM offering what they tell you to look for.

The 5 pillar system... If you talk to them you are gonna get a line about competing your training before you make a choice and they will send you some information on the MLM you picked... Guess what.. it is gonna suck...

I talked to MFF for some time and this is MY experence.

I was approached by someone from MFF and I guessed right away that everthing about them was set to teach you they were the best MLM ever. So, i told him no thanks... Then I get an Email from a nice gentelman talking about his company being a mentoring company that has tried 100's of MLM and offeres advice to get past the pitfalls. He was also saying he was willing to offer me mentorship for free so he could use me to post about once I was a success. In exchange I was not to join an MLM till after the training. So off we went down the road and one of the first steps was going to this MFF site and listening to this book... So, I was thinking.. "Well, there must be some vaule in the book and I can sort it out as long as know they want me to join them and are gonna point everything to tell me I should. Well then I tried to listen to the book... 28 min of this dude droning on and on about How he HAD to write this book and offering almost no content of value and If they had condenced it you could have shortened it to 3 min or less... So, I stoped going and listening and forgot about MFF. Before long I got an email, Yet again it was someone new from MFF and he was offering me some friendly advice... He was careful never to respond to any emails and always send new ones. After 2-3 emails back and forth he had managed to ignore all my questions and told me what they were realy about... Vitamark or something.

I have thought about blocking all MFF members but I don't think that is the way to go... They are realy working their system and tring hard to be successful.

So, If you want to walk with MFF then know they are gonna to try to train you that they are the best and if you know that there is some training they can offer. You realy have to think about all free information you get and think about why it is being offered. The best free information you find is from someone that offers advanced training that you have to pay for. They offer the free training so you see they are worth investing in. Other then that... Take it with a grain of salt.

Sounds about right to me. Is there something wrong with this? No.

However, the old saying goes, "Different strokes for different folks!"

I'm guessing you haven't been in MFF for long. The training is all geared towards one company and one company only. Never have a heard anyone in MFF say there is any other "5 pillars" companies out there. There is only one. You've swallowed the line and aren't deep enough into it yet to see what is really happening. Good Luck to you,

Forest I totally enjoyed this article. I learned a lot of skills when I was with Mentoring For Free (which I appreciate and am grateful for) but I quickly realized that if I wanted real success I needed to brand myself. I also felt like I was growing Michael's list rather than my list by using and paying 19.95 a month for the MFF website. Now I am generating my own leads and building my own list. I am also using a funded proposal so that I am getting paid to prospect. But the most important thing is, I am generating huge traffic and leads. Why because I am just being me.

Another reason that MFF wasn't a fit for me, was all of the time spent on the phone listening to training. So of the training went on for hours. Lots of the training was wonderful but most of it was just the same stuff repeated over and over again. For me it was a time waster. I'm working my business around a full time job and needed to make a decision. I decided to go brand me!

I like MFF. I was befriended and learned some good tricks then realized it was all work and no pay back.

The return on time is horrible. There is little leverage on time invested and forget about being able to fund a marketing campaign.

The materials gets stale as it keeps going back to the P&P which by itself is important but the variation to the weekly calls really needs to open up a bit.

Overall I feel it's a great service and I USE the service

Now maybe I'm a bad guy but I totally intend to use every single mentoring for free person out there to learn from them. If their heart really is out to read my P&P and spend 1+ hr digging through my paper work so be it. But like the first MFF member they quickly realized I have no intention of joining Vitamark and I'm only here to learn.

Without automation, spending so much time with anyone who downloads your Ebook is going to burn out with so little return. I know I tried a couple of the techniques and the constant schedules of leaving people "Hello and have a great day" didn't do didly squat for me that I tried in 3 months.

Generating 10 leads in 30 months is NOT a sign of progress. Generating 10/day is more like it.

I like what they tried to do on the surface and as long a the MFF member can stay afloat long enough so be it. I'd rather spend my money on advertising to the masses and getting paid for it.

If any MFF member can chime in on how they can have a "magic slot machine" let me know as I'm always looking for more of those. Once you get one you gotta get more

I would like to extend my apologies for anyone that may have had poor experiences with MFF, I have not had any negative experiences with this. I think it is an amazing program. I have been in similar programs that cost $50+/mo and I had to jet to places for live training once a month at a minimum of $1000/ea for the tools and services that Mentoring for Free offers to me to build my business. I personally work with people from all businesses, some in Mentoring for Free may not, however that is not the overwhelming majority that are like that either. I just want to help as many people as possible to think for themselves and be more conscious consumers. I came to this point after conducting myself ignorantly and not knowing how to evaluate my company, I would just believe whatever people told me, thus I joined 26 companies over 19 years time and had a little success with one company, but could never reach my monthly financial goal that I wanted to. However, I have learned the skill to think for myself and because of that, I have been able to reach the success that I need to support my family during these tough times. While there are a lot of training calls, they are NOT mandatory, they are just available resources. I am only writing this to bring awareness that there is a good training program available that could be the one thing that could make the difference in whether you succeed or continue to be frustrated. Thank you all for participating in this discussion, it really helps me to not conduct myself like whoever it was that the people that have not had a good experience conducted themselves.
