Hello, just wanted to throw in some health tips for the day.. If you don't take care of yourself you won't be able to fully enjoy the fruits of your labor!!!

As in business, we need to make good choices with ourselves, and roadmaps are still important.

EXERCISE!!!! - find one you like, swim, bike, elipticals, all low impact, set a goal: Beginers do 5-10 pushups, 20 squats (no weights), then lay flat on your back and lift your feet to the ceiling 15 times, if you can stall your feet six inches from the ground do so for 5 secs each time.. Increase the increments next week! Now keep in mind that rigorous exercise WILL tear your body down so you need to build it back up with good foods NOT JUNK!!!!! Your body will thank you, OR you will wish you didn't push yourself hard, the choice is yours.

STRETCH!!!! - before you push yourself to the max but after you warm up. If your going to work out light I would do most of the stretching after. If you can't touch your toes, that is your goal, if you can DO IT!

DIET!!!!! - Ground turkey, sweet potatoes, fruit, aspaurgas*, spinach, romaine lettuce, SPICES :), olive oil, fish, plain or vanilla yogurt (NOT SUGAR ONES, just add honey to plain :) ADD THEM TO YOUR GROCERY LIST!!! (advice: cook with oil and spice it up, the result is better than butter in every way)

HIGH CHOLESTERAL!!!! - eat PLAIN oatmeal with honey or slenda for sweetness, add your fav fruit for a spark. Do this everyday or at least five times!!! Here is one of my favorite breakfasts.. Two bananas cut up, add peanut butter (natural kind has no trans-fat which is an absolutely horrible creation), honey, wheat germ, have some oatmeal while your at it. And watch your saturated fat intake, that will get ya..

HEART DISEASE!!!! - all of the above help.. However GRAPEFRUIT has PROVEN to reduce the arterial buildup of plaque and help open them up and make them pliable again! Here is the kicker, you need to eat two everyday! YUK!!! This is not an overnight solution by any means

DIABETES!!!! - you need to learn about glycemic* indexes and absoulety no white flour!!!! THAT CAUSES IT!!!! 'wheat flour' is a joke.. Make sure it says 'whole wheat flour' .. small but very significant difference.

I like your website, I'll be visiting it more often in the future.

Don't underestimate the power of a healthy body. Your body is the vessel in which you experience life. It harnesses just about everything you were talking about. Emotions, the spirit, our energy, are as of right now, connected to your body. I am happiest when I'm healthy, granted, there is more to 'good health' then a healthy body (you can still be stressed and in great shape lol). Having a healthy body is one easy source to amplify many other aspects of your life.

There is also god.. I personally believe in prayer.. Take care

Hey Matthew! Great post!

About 4 weeks ago I started training for a 1/2 marathon. I have been increasing my distance gradually. I'm also eating more fruits & veggies & I cook 6 days a week. We only eat out on Sundays. I also stretch before & after my workout.

Hi Matthew, thanks for the tips. It is very important to take care of your health and maintain a healthy diet. I believe there is definitely a connection to diet, health and business. Eating right and getting regular exercise helps you to think more clearly and do better with business. In fact, many success CD's and books talks about how exercise helps when you are in business. It opens and clears your mind and helps you to become successful. Great tip.
